I personally had a wonderful experience with MB Bride. My consultant, Lisa, was wonderful!! She was super helpful and let me spend forever just standing there in my dress because I didn't want to take it off. I couldn't have liked her more. I also had a great experience with the alterations department. Paige was incredible!! I bought a stapless dress and desperately wanted to add intricate sleeves. She did an amazing job with it. She honestly made my dream dress come true. She was kind and extremely talented. I would highly recommend her to everyone!!

I ordered a dress in the beginning of September so that I would have it for my January 5th honeymoon. They never ordered the dress but when I called to check the status they told me it was in. When I went to pick it up, I found out it was never ordered and was told I could pick a dress from stock instead. I had to search to find one in my size that wasn't damaged or dirty. I did find one but it wasn't the one I originally I wanted. They told me I could also order a pair of shoes no cost. I ordered a pair that they said would be in before the honeymoon....but surprise surprise, I still haven't gotten them!!!!!!! I would not shop here again and I would not recommend!

Let's start by saying that I absolutely love my Justin Alexander dress, with out a doubt. I'd also like to point out the staff that sits at the front on the phones (usually three or more) and ignores you until you start to roll your eyes or talk above a whisper about the service to a friend. My journey started last February (2012) when I was stuck with an associate who assured me I would "be her bride until I was married' and that any time I was there she'd be there to assist. . . that's a joke. They were great about my dress getting to me on time (a month earlier in fact), but in August when I went with my maids to try it on, waited 45 minutes! for an associate to help me. Guess what? Never got one! I eventually (after asking twice) got a less than thrilled girl running between three different customers, they shoved me in a closet sized dressing room (asumingly not for wedding dresses) to try on my dress over an hour after I had arrived. I asked about the person who was supposed to be there with me, and she 'quit' (which was probably best, because she had no idea what a Vera Wang wedding dress was!?). The previous girl who I think her name was Lindsay, also claimed to have saved all the accessories I tried on with my dress under my 'file' (which she obviously didn't) when I asked about a certain veil that I fell in love with to try it on again, they couldn't find it nor did they have a record on my file what it was. Overall, it was a less than great experience coming back. I guess once they have your money, their service has nothing else to gain. So I took my dress home with me and found a seamstress in my area, and felt a load of relief knowing that my dress wasn't there!

After reading reviews online, I was really apprehensive about my appointment. However, It was one of the BEST experiences I had after 9 bridal appointments. Multiple consultants welcomed me upon arrival. My consultant introduced herself and asked what I was interested in. I told her I was specifically there for the Justin Alexander trunk show. She showed me all of his dresses in the store. The store is organized by designer which is perfect for someone interested in a particular designer. As I described previous gowns that I tried on, my consultant, Megan, knew the EXACT dresses I was referring to and was able to pull them for me. The fitting rooms were really nice. Each room has mirrors, a pedestal, chairs for guests, and an area with a curtain for changing. The store's prices for gowns are extremely competitive. An Allure gown that I loved was priced $200 less than at other stores I visited. Before paying for my dress, Megan double checked the style number with the designer's website. Then, she walked me through the official order sheet with size, color, style, price, etc. A smart consumer has every opportunity to make sure that the right dress, style, color will be ordered.

I recently bought my gown from MB and was very pleased with my appointment. I found a beautiful dress right in my budget (which wasn't very large). The consultant was mindful not to pull anything that was out of budget which I really appreciated. They gave me the "say yes to the dress" experience by putting a veil and jewelry on me so I could see the whole picture. The only downfall was I went on a Saturday and they were very busy so it was a little cramped for my family sitting outside of the fitting room. Even though it was busy I felt my consultant was focused on me. I will be returning for my Bridesmaid dresses in the near future.

Our initial visit went well..then it was all down hill from there. Noone ever received any calls when brides dress, and bridemaids dress were in. Brides shoes were ordered wrong. Big mix up with bridesmaides shoes..some missing, others were told they pick them up, when they hadn't..tux shirts didn't match nor did may fit, ringbearers shirt was dirty!?..tuxes had to be reordered, and didn't arrive until the morning of the wedding. All of this caused Many trips back to the store for some. Rather than enjoying the day before and morning of the wedding, groomsmen were hustling back to MB hoping that they got the tuxes right this time. Our experience with MB was extreemly unpleasant not to mention the unwelcomed stress that was caused by a store that appears to have very disorganized employees. Do not recommend this store, nor will we ever do business again!!
