Man I really that furniture. But I have to find a paint color to go on my walls. That will go with gray. I'm thinking red, or parma gray. By Farrow-ball.

The look of this place... awesome. Room was nice enough and the casino was small, but we found everything we needed there. Restaurants we didn't try because they were quite expensive, but the neighbouring hotels had some good value ones. Pool was also nice, although one day they had "Live Entertainment Tax" applied to the prices and the DJ didn't even play anywhere near our pool.

Stayed at the Luxor for 5 nights and it was amazing!! We stayed in a pyramid room and was super nice for the deal we got! Plus it's really cool sleeping and partying in a pyramid! Had a really great time. Ate at Tacos & Tequila one night and we were in and out in 30 minutes or so and the food and drinks are amazing! Then later that night we saw Criss Angel and was totally blown away, such an amazing show and performer, plus a beautiful theater right in the Luxor. Definitely recommend staying at the Luxor!! Great price, even better hotel! Will for sure be staying here again!

I stayed 2 nights for a family trip. It was looking special with a Egyptian theme. Hotel building was shaped as a pyramid. Basically, the most furniture and equipment including elevator were old. It's an absolutely old building, of course not as old as a pyramid. Parking lot was on a separate place. Entering the parking lot was very difficult. After two rounds of try, I had to ask for a valet. The checking-in line was long and long and long, so I had to let my family wait in the hall for a long time, smoky and noisy place neighboring with the casino. Whenever you go in and out of the room, you have to pass through the smoky and noisy casino area. Room was simple and fair. But you must be a good sleeper with a roaring air conditioner, a very old type big machine placed on the floor. No fridge nor microwave machine. It is kind of a You-don't-stay-in-the-room-but-go-out-and-play-casino type hotel. Not suitable for a family trip, even though it was in LV.

Found roaches in the bathroom of our hotel room. Immediately told management and he told us he couldn't do anything but give us a different room. Like really? If one room has a roach... I'm sure they all do!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN...would not recommend to ANYONE. Gross...

Other than the stale cigarette smell in the main lobby, the rooms where nice, beds were comfortable. I stayed in the West tower, which is best if you want poolside and spa, lots of walking for good exercise. Stayed 1 week for a conference, also my first time in Las Vegas. Food was awesome, EVERYONE was so nice!

Disgusting ..... Reminded me of a Hotel 8. There is a reason why the rates are low. The entire resort/casino had a repulsive odor (not smoke smell) that smelt like sour rotten food. I stayed in the pyramid on the south side. The rooms need some serious maintenance. The A/C unit was noisy and made the room smell like a cellar; the lighting is poor and hummed; the television picture was fuzzy with scanning lines and had a whopping 15 channels, 5 of them being Luxor's programming. The halls had trash everywhere and the elevators are filthy, with grime all over the walls and one of them had gum stuck to the inside of it. I'm not sure that they clean anything besides the rooms (and barely at that). The only decent part was the bathroom. It was clean, with granite and tile, and a nice oversized shower. The casino is harder to navigate than the others. Everything is crammed together with no signage differentiating the games, or their denominations. As I was playing "The Game of Life" slot, the machine suddenly displayed an error message and would not allow me to collect my money. I pressed the service button and no one showed to offer customer service. After waiting at the machine, unable to play, for 45 minutes it mysteriously started working again. No thank you. The other casinos are a much more pleasant experience. If you are going to stay on the strip, I would recommend one of the classier resorts, or any other hotel for that matter. You're probably going to pay a higher room rate, but you get what you pay for. Two thumbs down Luxor... 😦

Luxor charges a rediculous resort fee to make their advertised rate look low. Takes a long time to get the hot water going in the shower or tub, but the sink is almost immediate. ??? Extra charge for pool usage, extra charges for just about everything ... I thought the resort fee was supposed to cover all of that??? Definitely an aging luxury hotel managed by the MGM now, which means its headed downhill. The casino itself was pretty dead.

The Luxor was so damn cool when it first opened. It had a NILE in it. A Nile River!! You could take a boat ride through it and then end up at a reconstruction of King Tut's Tomb! So damn awesome. And, w/in a few years they got rid of it. Thus, now it's just OK. The rooms are decent. If you stay in the Pyramid you can get a room with a Jacuzzi tub which is neat, until you have to get in and out of it. Because it's up against the pyramid slant it makes it quite hard to get in and out and I can't imagine how bad it would be if you were over 5'2. The tower rooms are newer, and frankly, nicer.
