Staff members are friendly and humorous. Rooms were better/cleaner than I expected. It's nice that it is smaller than other hotels like Caesar's Palace because it's not as crowded. The only exception for this was the pool Overall a great place to stay.

“Great place to stay...value for money!!” We were there on a family vacation. Very good customer service and helpful front desk staff. Quality of food was good. Room Tip: If you are travelling with family, please check for microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc.

I have stayed many places in Vegas. This has been the worst experience. Started as soon as we walked in the door and had to wait 45 mins to check in, room next to our smoked marijuana all week ( I get it, its Vegas but come on) Shower drain was broken. Hotel rooms were just outdated and old feeling. Gym would not let my work out with my teenage son because he was not 18. Waitresses in the casino were slow if they were even around. Only good thing was our bed. It was sleepable. The staff were not friendly, they did their jobs but that was it. No going above and beyond for their guests at this hotel.

When my friend and I got to our room, we immediately cranked up the AC to as high as it would go (this was in June and it was around 110 degrees outside). We left for about an hour to walk around, and when we returned, the room felt just like it had before. Maybe even hotter. You could only feel the smallest bit of cool air coming from the AC, if you went and stood right over it. Obviously it wasn't working correctly, and there was no way we could sleep in that horribly stuffy room over night. So we called the front desk to kindly ask if they might move us to a different room. They said there were no empty rooms, so we'd have to wait over an hour for maintenance to take a look at it. After about an hour and a half, the maintenance man showed up. He was incredibly nice to us, and he looked at the unit and said it was broken and was sucking in hot air from outside (imagine that!). We told him that the front desk wouldn't move us because there were "no available rooms", and he said he'd call his manager and pull a few strings. Sure enough we were moved to a nicer room (with working AC - funny how a room just suddenly opened up like that, huh!), and he even gave us a business card so we could call him directly if we had any problems in the new room. Overall, this hotel is what you'd expect for being in Las Vegas. It's an interesting little place for sure. A little outdated. I'm giving it 4 stars, though, because that maintenance man truly was a life saver. He handled everything so graciously, and turned our over night stay while passing through into a decent experience.

My stay here was very pleasant and incredible. The concierge was so sweet and helpful right from the start, even updated our room to an amazing suite! The rooms are clean and well decorated, really pleased with how it all looked and feel. If you say you want a no smoking room, that is exactly what you'll get! The room will not smell of smoke which is so relieving because I know how the smell penetrates into the walls and furniture. I do recommend for anyone who wants to have a great experience at Vegas to stay here and also wants to walk a lot inside the hotel! Unfortunately it is a lot walking around the first floor of the hotel for you to finally get to their elevators. So just keep that in mind if you are taking someone who is handicapped. It is hard to navigate through the crowds of people in the casino to get to the entrance or to the elevator that will take you to your floor.

Stay away from this hotel. Pyramid rooms are disgusting. Old musty and smelly with a lingering smoky smell. If you must stay here, request a tower room. Beware though, you'll likely be expected to pay an "upgrade" fee to get decent room that doesn't look and smell terrible. Wish I would've booked at any other hotel.

A cheap place to stay on the strip with a funky vibe. Buffet was excellent and rooms nice. I've started there a couple of times now and like the place a lot. You do feel a bit hassled by the staff of some of the concessions though.

The hotel is located almost at the end of the strip so its annoying having to walk for a while to get to the shops and restaurants. The rooms are nice and the view is amazing but they were working on the rooms next to us while we wer sleeping and its loud so its hard to stay asleep. The service ive encountered has been amazing.
