Worst experience with diamond ring shopping possible - the customer service made me feel like I was at a car dealership! Walked in and clearly stated that I was looking for a yellow diamond set in yellow or rose gold. Todd wasted about 45 minutes of my time showing me anything but what I had asked for. Asked me my profession, and had to be reminded of it again 3 times. Then, when he finally heard me repeat that I was looking for a yellow diamond, told me that I would need to come back another time for an appointment. Todd then had Terry join the conversation. Terry quoted me prices that I know from my own research as being at least 3 times higher than the market rate. Terry also seemed to have difficulty taking seriously a conversation about designing and purchasing a diamond ring with a bride-to-be who walked in by herself instead of walking in with her man. A poor choice on his part considering the purchasing decision will be made predominantly by the woman. Finally, Terry also tried to strong-arm me into some sort of an understanding or commitment to buy from his store if he was going to go through the trouble of finding the type of diamond I was interested in purchasing. Extremely poor customer service. Will never walk into this store again. And will advise anyone who believes in gender equality to take your business elsewhere. To be treated as I was, was insulting. There are many jewelers on Jeweler's Row, don't waste your time with this one.

Terribly long wait exacerbated by the fact that 3 reps were sitting idle at any one time behind a glass wall staring back at us instead of providing service. Inefficiently run shop where customers are kept waiting when there are representatives available to help them.
