Make sure that you Will complies with the requirements of the State of Tennessee and talk with us about how a Trust can benefit your family even more than a Will. https://pierchoskiestatelaw.com/estate-planning/

In Tennessee, you Will can't be something that you stored as a file on your computer somewhere. Your Will must be something that can be probated in the State of Tennessee. You don't want to leave you family with a messy and expensive process in order to do what you had hoped would protect them. Don't let the State plan how your estate is managed.

There is a big difference between having a Will and putting your assets into a Trust in order to protect those you love. This is especially true if you are a parent with minor children. Ensuring that your children go to a loving home with values similar to your own is just part of what a Trust can do.
