Shoulder impingement is a condition where tendons inside the shoulder joint become irritated and ‘pinched’ between the collar bone (clavicle) and the bone of the upper arm (humerus). It usually develops over an extended period of time and it can be caused as a result of:

Hip Bursitis – What is it?
Hip (trochanteric) bursitis is inflammation of a small water filled sac (bursa) located where muscles pass over the outside of the hip. This inflammation occurs because of tight muscles rubbing over the bursa. This occurs with repetitive activities such as running and cycling and most times, there will be an underlying biomechanical cause.
