I have been doing Tempo Pilates since last July and I am now addicted. I try to go 3 times a week and I have totally noticed the difference it makes in terms of strength, flexibility and muscle tone. I'm not into running or the gym as I just don't enjoy them, so I totally recommend having a go at this if you are the same. The teachers are wonderful and really helpful which makes a huge difference in a class like this.
