I was interviewed on Globejotting Travel Show Expat Radio about hunting for ghost ships in the desert that was the Aral Sea, naked and oiled up wrestling on horseback in Kyrgyzstan, and I raved about salads in Kazakhstan (somebody shoot me - actually don't), and raved about Offroad Tour Kyrgyzstan and Travel Experts Kyrgyzstan, plus totally flubbed the telling of the secret toilet at Soviet summer camp, slipped a Soviet rectal thermometer in there for good measure, and the radio show host (Dave Fox) called me his favourite crazy travel writer.
