Antony Sumner: Hi New Zealand Van Lines - we are still waiting for you to contact us and let us know when you are going to deliver our furntiture.... Not very good customer service with us contstantly having to call you and seek answers. Please be more proactive in your customer service!

Can you please tell when my property is scheduled for delivery?
I am getting increasingly frustrated at the poor communication of this company.

I find it unacceptable to have to prompt your company for feedback, I have paid the delivery invoice in good faith and would expect a better level of customer service.

Please advise.
