Will not order from again. Ordered pizza at 6:10pm on a Tuesday from the website. Website said wait would be 58 minutes. Called the store at 7:33pm, pizza had not even left the store yet and they only then took it out for delivery because I called.

We went here after the dog park - forgot my wallet but didn't realize it until we were at the checkout. Amy helped us out and gave us our meal on the house. Really appreciate it!

Just moved to Longview, TX. Really enjoyed this place - very nice owner and delicious pizza. Can get whatever toppings you want for same price as normal pizza. Highly recommend.

Did not have Soy Milk, no problem. Got back to my work (without drinking my grande latte) and saw there was an 1 1/4" (I measured) space between the top of the cup and the top of the milk. For those doing the math (read: me) that's a little more than 5 oz of drink they shorted me - or, more than the difference between a grande and a tall. Thanks for nothing.

Disappointed. We joined Longview & Kilgore Cable Company (LKCC) in August and signed up for month to month internet service. On the day my wife signed up for the service she payed for the first month (August) over the phone. Everything was fine. There was no mention of when the next bill would be. A month passes, we receive no bill. We are not worried since: 1) New services sometimes take over a month to send the first bill (example, our first water bill took two months to come), 2) We still had internet, must not be a problem. Then in October we finally receive our "first" bill, except, apparently it is not the first bill they sent us, but instead, the second. On this bill we received in October we had charges for the service in September and October, along with a $10.00 late fee for not paying our September bill. This left us confused. Why were we being charged a late fee for a bill we never received? I figured it would be an easily corrected mistake and planned to talk to LKCC as soon as I could. First I called LKCC and explained the issue and asked for them to speak with a manager/whoever about removing the bill. She said they would look into it. Never got a call back. A few days later I spoke with LKCC through their online chat service and again tried to explain the situation to whoever. They refused to remove the late charge and said it was our responsibility to make sure we got the September bill - the bill we were never told when to expect and never received. So, I contacted LKCC through phone and online (like my October bill told me to do) and got nowhere with anyone. And to top it off, not ONCE did they mention, "Oh, by the way, we are going to suspend your internet without telling you because you didn't pay your September bill." Which they did. Even though the bill they sent for October makes it look like we could just pay everything (September charge, October charge, and late fee) all at once when we made our next payment. Nope, not the case. Would have been nice to know. So we ended up paying the late fee, because I did not feel like talking to a scripted robot (but actually a human) anymore, and THEN my wife tells me they charged us another fee for turning back ON the service which they turned OFF without warning us!! Unbelievable. Pretty disappointed with LKCC. It's not like I was trying to screw them out of money - we want to pay for the service we get. But it would be nice if they cared even a small amount about their customers - then they might garner a little customer loyalty. With their actions with our situation it is clear this is not a priority for them.
