Stayed at the hotel for mothers day. It was a splendid experience from the 4 hour spa package to the large corner room we stayed in. We took out 6 month old with us and they were very accommodating. They brought us a crib n provided baby amenities. It was quite impressive. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I am a Hyatt Gold Passport member. DO NOT STAY HERE! Faucet and shower either has scalding hot or cold, nothing in between. A big crack under the door lets you hear everything in the hallway. I had to put two pillows at the door. There is no shower stall door. You will freeze instantly when you turn off the cold or scalding hot water. On top of all this, I had food poisoning at their Urbane restaurant. I've stayed at over 100 different hotels. I have never had such a terrible experience. This is a 2 star hotel if that. Don't be fooled by the swanky photos of this pile of s###.

Great location, pretty central to everything. Walking distance to Public Market, shopping and only a mile away from Capitol Hill (great bars). The rooms are big, modern and clean. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Attended a work event on the 3rd floor foyer. All staff were attentive and professional. Valet service was quick. Overall fantastic experience.

The price was very expensive and I tried it. At first when I got in to my room it looked horrid. The room wasn't as I expected to be. The first day I was thirsty and I looked for water in my room. I found a bottle of water but it was 5 dollars I was so shocked that I walked a block in midnight after 12:00pm just to buy a bottle of water for a cheaper price. The next issue was the bathroom. There was no lock and no exhaust fan which made it hard on me because what would happen if you had to crap but the toilet had nothing to clear the crap smell? Well that's just what happened. I took a crap and there was no exhaust fan so the whole room was smelly. And even once I changed the room it was the same no exhaust fan or lock in the bathroom. It was a very disappointing sight for me. The price was overpriced for such a room the corner room. But I did ask for a change and they did that the day after but still I wasn't really pleased at all. I hope this experience won't happen again. Though this is just my opinion don't take it personal it wasn't bad. It just could have a few extra touches to fix it up that's all

Nice rooms but thin walls as sound carries into your room from a ways off. Good location, uber available in 3 minutes. Polite staff. Boxed water in the room.

The rooms are modern and clean. The higher floors are very quite too. They've used the space in each room well, with sliding doors for the closet and bathroom, as well as a built in bench, coffee bar, entertainment / work center and desk. The bar downstairs has a good variety of high end drinks, and good snacks for an end of day slow down. I travel often to Seattle and count the Olive 8 among my top 3 hotels to stay in.
