Ive stayed here more than a handful of times and each time I leave impressed. The location in the city is great since you are located between downtown and capitol hill. The rooms are amazing and if you get one with a view you will not be et down. Room service was wonderful and served great food.

Room was clean and the pillows were fluffy. I like that there are plenty of plugs for today's modern traveler and their host of electronics. TV channel choices were a bit thin, and there was no room service menu (although there were two pages in the hotel services book that said there apparently was room service). Though the front desk was friendly, they were a little stuffy - almost like I was just being tolerated.

It was easily comparable to Disney world and if you have a family with you the bathroom is a sliding door but it has a great location

Came from Vancouver, bc to watch a Seahawks game, enjoyed the stay and the staff was very nice. The only down side was we were a group of 8 people who paid for two larger rooms and they couldn't find a way to keep us on the same floor. Staying here again on the week of nov. 9th to watch another game. Hopefully this time they will accommodate.

My family and I love this place. Comfortable. Great choice of materials in the rooms. Pool and hot tub for the kids makes a day of shopping in the city tolerable for them. The restaurant in the lobby is alright. A bit over priced for what you get and there are so many other places to get great food in Seattle; but, it is uber convenient.

Room was large enough - though the view of the office building next door sucked. Room was clean, with decent toiletries and comfy bed. My biggest gripe with the place was the $45/night parking fee. Almost shit when I reviewed the bill later. Oh, and (now I think of it) the snotty greeter at the breakfast joint downstairs needed a punch in the mouth.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The food was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a very good value. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice big rooms, quality furniture and fixtures, nice TV and pretty reasonable price for this part of town. Front desk and restaurant staff super friendly too.
