As part of the weekend IT work, we have now switched staff email over to Lansdowne site. Mail is working ok. We will be moving the Staff and Student storage over at 9:45am. This will affect Logins, H and I drives.

We are starting to shut down the network services in Jurassic house #itBU

NB: Network services in affected areas of Talbot Campus will start shutting down in 10 minutes from 11:00

The blackberry service has been migrated to Studland house and is now operational

The print account server has been restarted and services are running as normal. The earlier issue with the print credit machines is now resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience.

It is necessary to restart the print accounting server within the next 10 minutes. This will impact being able to login to MFDs to either print or copy. The outage is expected to last approximately 10 minutes. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Due to planned work to upgrade the network infrastructure, there will be short periods of disruption to H: & P: drive access, Library services and School servers between 7am and 4pm on Saturday 5/1/13. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and if you have any queries, please contact the IT Service Desk on 01202 965515.

A reminder that the IT Service Desk out of hours service will be providing 24/7 cover over the Christmas holidays - 01202 965515 and the Open Access Centres at both Lansdowne and Talbot Campuses will be open through the holidays. A very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from us all in IT Services.
