Went in with high expectations. Left underwhelmed and disappointed. Service 3/10 food 5.5/10 at best. Ordered some of the cocktails off the menu. Took close to 20 minutes to arrive. I would say they were good and worth the wait but the rest of our service failed horribly. We needed to ask three different servers to get additional water. Our cocktails sat empty throughout dinner without anyone asking us for another round. Food was hit or miss. Popcorn and chicken was lacking chicken but full of unpopped kernels. The duck breast was ok. Just ok. The point steak was bland, unflavorful and overcooked. It was described as having rosemary but there was none at all in the dish. Oversight or false advertising? The truffle pasta was in a sauce that overtook the dish and left a greasy sour taste in your throat. No nice at all. The tuna ravioli was the best thing we had but what a ripoff. Just two small slices of tuna in a large tomato relish filled bowl. We gave up on dessert and left quite disappointed. Overall we could overlook the food issues if service was exceptional. It wasn't.

Great food. Good atmosphere. Aside from the wait staff spilling drinks all over one of my co-workers, good experience. (Btw - they were extremely apologetic and willing to make it up any way they could). Truffle pasta dish, amazing!

Best Tapas Restaurant Dublin has to offer, we visited Fadestreet social restaurant in Temple Bar Dublin on Saturday the 4th October and had a selection of 6 dishes from the Tapas menu, The Restaurant was very busy but we were seated very quickly and the atmosphere was fantastic for a Saturday afternoon restaurant in Dublin, I have been to some for lunch in Dublin and they have been very quite, however Fadestreet Social restaurant in Dublin was Buzzing. The food came within 10 minuets and the duck and squid was devoured quickly, and the prawns were to die for they even come with the smallest frying pan made of metal with dips in that you have ever seen. Thank you fadestreet restaurant Dublin for a great afternoon of dishes and great service we will be back. Well done!

Disappointed. Tried the €25 lunch menu. The food was tasty but the servings were ridiculously small. A piece of beef that was the size of two kit-kat fingers. It was served with a dry rib bone with three tiny dollops of sauce on it. It would have made a nice photograph. A tiny serving of mashed potatoes for two. When I enquired about veg I was given the menu and could have ordered a side of veg for €7.75. Ridiculous. A cup of coffee came in at €3.50. I would have ate twice the amount that was served. The restaurant is very nice but I needed something to eat an hour after I left. Overpriced for what you get and not enough of it.

Tasty food, tasty cocktails. Choose the tapas. I'm not one to be swayed by whose name is over the door so I had an open mind about what to expect. I was advised by a friend to go for the tapas menu, and what a great choice that was. When we arrived the waitress asked if we had been here before and proceeded to explain how to order. The food will come out when it is prepared so several dishes might come out at once. That wasn't a problem and it was easy to order more if this wasn't enough. As it turned out three dishes each, bread, wine and water and of course a few cocktails were enough to fill two big bellies. There was a great feel to the place, bustling without being manic and being able to watch the open kitchen was good. There is a lot of attention to detail here, and the only negative I can give it is that one of the waitresses was a little abrupt, but the rest were very good. I wasn't mad about the doughnuts, will order the banoffee next time. I can recommend the Hotsy Totsy and Betsy's Bracer cocktails, could drink those all night. Stand out dishes were the air dried lamb carpaccio and the sole with bacon, lentils and onion.

Really nice small portion dishes. The only reason i would call them tapas is because you can order multiple small dishes, but I wouldn't consider them tapas. Nevertheless, the food is absolutely awesome. Stay away from the deep fried stuff. Although for deep fried, it's great quality, the other dishes are just much tastier. I personally really enjoyed the mushrooms, salmon and sole. There's a nice range of beers to chose from and they have some super tasty cocktails on the menu. Service was good and prices alright.

Delicious, although expensive cocktails. You couldn't make a night of it here but you can start it off properly. For warm summer evenings, the Monto cocktail is fantastic and refreshing. start there, you won't be sorry!

Food innovation. Atmosphere. Menu choice. Flavours and smells. Staff friendliness. Environment. Location. Attention to detail. - Five stars on everything. Portions are small, so you'll need to order many. More expensive than average. The banoffee was unforgettable.
