Quick - this is what you can make this weekend, for breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea.. just whenever, really. Homemade warm & chewy cinnamon raisin bagels smeared with creamy berry swirled mascarpone and crushed pistachios.

A big happy 13th birthday to Wynton! Celebrating with this triple layer chocolate cake with salted caramel cream cheese buttercream, drips of chocolate ganache, homemade crisp caramel popcorn and extra drizzles of sticky salted caramel.

Chả Cá: one of my favourite super easy Vietnamese dishes of grilled white fish, crispy edged and fragrant with turmeric, tossed with handfuls of dill, spring onion and roasted peanuts and served on noodles with herbs and nuoc cham bringing it to life. Recipe on the blog now - have a look!

New Recipe: CELEBRATION CAKE! A triple layered nutty brown butter and greek yogurt cake, topped with salted caramel cream cheese icing, roasted rhubarb, pistachio crumb and yet more dripping, rustic salted caramel. My little brother just told me it is the best cake he has ever eaten - I'm sure you'd like it too.

New recipe! Finally finished my main exam - so here is my absolute favourite carrot cake. Rich, sweet, dark to the point of being slightly caramelised, and coated with a tangy, smooth lemon cream cheese icing - perfection. Plus thoughts on burnout and other uni things.
