I come here every week and the place is very clean and organized. Staff members are very helpful and friendly. They have a variety of selection of organic fruits and veggies and in my opinion are the best. Their seafood is fresh I love their farm raised salmon.

I've shopped this store irregularly since it opened. I'm now fairly convinced "a**hole" is a personality requirement for anyone stocking shelves or working away from the cash register. Always great friendly customer service when I go to pay - but God forbid I need help finding something. I'm always spoken to as though I'm not worthy to shop at WF. I frequently have to refrain from reminding these people that when it boils down to the brass tacks, they still work at a grocery store.

The Whole Foods in Winston Salem NC has convinced its serf workers to do good by cleaning trash in a polluted urban industrial creek known as Tar Branch next to Salem Academy, Salem College and Old Salem visitor center parking lot. Whole Foods gets free advertising when the city puts up a Whole Foods commercial stream cleanup sign while the worker serfs get a dose of contamination from dry cleaning chemicals and cyanides that were dumped into this creek. So much for organic chemical free living!

Amazing local, organic and fresh foods with a friendly staff. Great healthy bar for lunch or dinner. Bring your own bags!

Very small store with a limited prepared foods section. The prepared foods looks and tastes like it is left out for days and fails to meet the Whole Food standards I've seen in Austin and Boulder. Unfortunately this is probably best/only option for organic food in Winston-Salem.

I was sold foul, rotten tilapia that took hours to get the smell out of my house. I am not a frequent shopper and now I reminded why. I should have took the omen when I noticed the sanitation grade!
