Pleasantly surprised to see the triadic closure in two-mode networks paper in the RSS feed of new pubs in Social Networks this morning: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0378873311000360

As clustering and structural hole measures are inversely correlated with degree in two-mode networks, the paper suggests new ones that do not suffer from the same bias.

I am a fan of Bioconductor's AIM for Amazon's EC2: latest version of R & RStudio server installed. I wish that (1) RStudio server would run over https, and that (2) it would be possible to change the username and password. Otherwise, what's stopping someone from scanning port 8787 with the default username and password to gain access loads of computing resources?
