I swear to god, brownies changed when I wasn't looking!
I only used to know the plain kind, a little crusty on the outside, soft and super fudgy on the inside, super sweet and occasionally studded with walnuts. And now everywhere I look, I'm faced with glammed-up versions with mile-high whipped cream on top or coated with gleaming ganache. They're no more studded with just walnuts and to be honest, they just leave me gawping for breath and slobbering on the keyboard.
Your dulce de leche brownies are seriously making me hurt with pangs of gluttony <i>(is there such a thing?)</i>.
