Substance abuse is a big problem among youngsters and we are concerned about that. We try to help youngsters to break free of substance abuse and we have a few programs aimed at American Indians in particular.

What is croup?
Croup usually affects children.
It infects the larynx, and trachea, and the bronchial tubes.
It is usually caused by a virus. Sometimes, croup may be caused by bacteria.
Croup is contagious, during the first few days of the illness.
It causes a cough that sounds harsh and raspy and hurts the throat.

Are you ready for our 2nd Annual IHC 5K Run/Walk & Resource Fair?
This will be a free, family-friendly event and will feature a 5K Run/Walk, Resource Fair, Zumba, Kid Fun Zone, and a special guest appearance by Billy Mills (Oglala Lakota, Gold Medalist at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics).
