I dont mind paying that extra bit at Rouge for their cupcakes because they are way much better

Poorna - I have been there 4 times. Each time the scones had a slightly bitter aftertaste which was probably the result of too much baking soda . The cupcakes are the same old stuff you get anywhere else . I have had their chicken sandwiches and found them too full of lettuce and too little of chicken actually . The empanadas are tiny and cost the earth ; the service was very slow as the staff has a tendency to congregate in groups around whatever little problem arises and the place was like an iced  pink petits four . Give me Baithak anyday - it is not uber cheap but at least they are honest about the price-quantum ratio.
