Waited 30 mins to get food and it was average Asian food. You could get better for the price

Some of the PEOPLE that work here aren't very friendly or knowledgeable about the menu items or drinks. How hard could it be?

Was fantastic when it first opened up, but the cleanliness has steadily declined over the past year for some reason. Food still tastes good, but when you see handprints on door glass/windows everywhere, a thick layer of dust on top of the iced tea dispenser and dining area just unkept it makes you wonder how clean the back room is. We were there in the middle of the day on a Saturday a few weeks ago, and they were pretty dead and no one was bothering to sweep or clean tables, it just seems to be lacking leadership. It's in too prime a location for this to happen.

Food is good, service to the table during lunch is really slow.

As a first timer, I ordered the small portion chicken pad thai for lunch. Expecting a 'small' dish to come out I was pleasantly surprised at how hearty it was. The ingredients were fresh, very well prepared and the flavor could not have been better. It took an acceptable amount of time to prepare and the food was even hand delivered to my table. Overall, it was an amazing value for under 7 bucks. Thanks guys - see you next week!

I was skeptical of Pei Wei because I'm frankly a snob when it comes to authenticity. Though this isn't the most authentic place (the food is certainly Americanized), the quality is top-notch and my meal was delicious. I highly recommend the Thai wonton soup and the coconut curry chicken. A great place to take guests who would perhaps be intimidated by a real Thai or Vietnamese restaurant menu.
