Was fantastic when it first opened up, but the cleanliness has steadily declined over the past year for some reason. Food still tastes good, but when you see handprints on door glass/windows everywhere, a thick layer of dust on top of the iced tea dispenser and dining area just unkept it makes you wonder how clean the back room is. We were there in the middle of the day on a Saturday a few weeks ago, and they were pretty dead and no one was bothering to sweep or clean tables, it just seems to be lacking leadership. It's in too prime a location for this to happen.

Nothing second time here, food came up entree first. Appetizers came next. Backward this time. Both time dining room needed bussed. Food was cold and under cooked! I am writing corporate about this, not again here!

HI, Not sure what happened this week ? It has been a while since my last visit. The floor was nasty and so were the rugs. There was ONE chef and he was confused and overworked. I couldn't decide if the chef was sick or swetting but he was wiping his face or nose on his sleeves every 2 min. NOTE: he WAS wearing gloves. ALSO one very nice lady FELL on the wet floor right in front of the kitchen door. I was shamed that I took my friend there to celebrate.... :( Usually it is a GREAT place ??? Hope when I return things are at least BETTER and not WORSE.... Thanks PFC

As a first timer, I ordered the small portion chicken pad thai for lunch. Expecting a 'small' dish to come out I was pleasantly surprised at how hearty it was. The ingredients were fresh, very well prepared and the flavor could not have been better. It took an acceptable amount of time to prepare and the food was even hand delivered to my table. Overall, it was an amazing value for under 7 bucks. Thanks guys - see you next week!

Waited 30 mins to get food and it was average Asian food. You could get better for the price

Poor order taking. Whomever the guy working tonight 10/31 was terrible at taking orders. The guy even repeated our order back to us and got it wrong. Then he told us the wrong time to our food would be ready. Food wasn't hot then and the sushi was warm and not even close to fresh. Thanks for a bad time (mainly to the guy taking and serving orders.)

Some of the PEOPLE that work here aren't very friendly or knowledgeable about the menu items or drinks. How hard could it be?

I was skeptical of Pei Wei because I'm frankly a snob when it comes to authenticity. Though this isn't the most authentic place (the food is certainly Americanized), the quality is top-notch and my meal was delicious. I highly recommend the Thai wonton soup and the coconut curry chicken. A great place to take guests who would perhaps be intimidated by a real Thai or Vietnamese restaurant menu.
