Nice high tech startups with a few average restaurants around it.

The WC owners leave a lot to be desired. Napoleon complex comes to mind......Parking is horrible. The property manager Brian is great, but all of the other rude and pompous members of the management team over shadow that.

"BkSq" is a great place to live (and work!) that's walking distance to fine—Spoon—and cheap—Chipotle—dining, eclectic shops like Free People, and a vibrant, young community in Pittsburgh's East Liberty.

Gets two starts for having a fraction of the needed bike parking. And not even covered. Some architectural significance

The parking leaves a lot to be desired.....plus the severe lack of places to eat
