I placed an order for their Dragon Bowl via Grubhub for lunch. It was my first time trying the place so I had high hopes for it to be a healthy option place that I'd go back to. When I got there when the GrubHub app said it was ready, the cashier said it would be another minute, and then promptly forgot about me. Mind you, there was 1 other person in there when I arrived, so they weren't super busy. Then I went to the area where they actually made the food and asked. The lady had it would be 10 mins. I told her I placed the order a half hour ago. A manager-ish person heard my compliant and told them to rush the order. But it was definitely too rushed. The noodle bowl was half cold and the veggies had grit still on them. I'm only eating it because it cost $10. Awful service and sub-par expensive food. They need to learn how to wash their vegetables! I won't be going back.
