I stayed here on 7/31 on the first day of my 16 day trip around the Northwestern US and Canada motorcycle tour. It was a busy night, so staff were too occupied with everyone else to worry about a solo motorcycle. I got my stuff up to my room, which was nice and managed to get a decent night's sleep. Would absolutely stay there again.

Service was poor. Reservation for a room with 2 beds was not actually reserved so we had to wait until 1AM for them to bring up a roll-away bed. Bell desk not attended. Waited in line for 30 minutes to get my luggage up to the room and they had me take 4 people's luggage up to the room. This place has gone downhill like the rest of Reno. The prime rib was crap too.

I look forward to our visits at the Peppermill about 2-4 times a month. I love the buffet, can have delicious salads, deserts ( my favorite ) and sampling mouth watering selections from the Mexican, Chinese and American trays. I am always pleased. Tonight I am going for the crab legs on the buffet, what a treat. We are seniors and we get 2 for 1 buffet, lunch and breakfast and 20% dinner discounts. The comps are generous on 4x and 5x, 7x days. Best time to play is on Wednesdays for 4x comp and 4x tier points. The hotel and casino area is always sparkling clean and enjoyable. I have always been treated like royalty by the staff.

Spa manager was TERRIBLE. When I made reservations I told them I wasn't sure what my Girlfriend wanted so I just booked a basic massage and Cut. The woman said she COULD UPGRADE when she got there. When she was there they said she couldn't get color, but only a cut. They treated her like she was stupid and told her "we have the phone call from your boyfriend recorded and he didn't ask for color." If that is how you treat customers all the time then that is horrible. I am a manager for a 5 star hotel in San Francisco and we have a 5 star spa, as well. If we EVER treated somebody like that the front desk would have definitely done something. In this case, your front desk said that the spa has separate owners and there is nothing they can do. I don't care who owns the spa! It is in your building, it can be charged to the room and it is on this survey! Clearly, the manager at the desk cared just as much about us as the manager of the spa. Also, I checked out a day early because my son was sick. I booked a 2 day package deal that said housekeeping was $35 per day. Because I left early I don't think charging the $35 for the second day was fair. The woman at the desk said the room was cleaned when you arrived and it will be cleaned when you check out. It took everything in me not to laugh in her face. WHAT HOTEL DO YOU GO TO THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE THE ROOM CLEANED PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL?! If you are going to give me an excuse, at least make it a good one! If any managers at this property who receive this feedback actually care about customer service, you should let your co-workers know that a $35 charge for housekeeping or a petty "1/2 charge penalty" from the spa is not worth losing loyal customers over. I have always told everyone I know to stay with you when in Reno but not anymore, now I will tell everyone to stay away!

Hotel is nice but the customer service is a joke there.. checking into my room I find bugs on the floor and trash still everywhere.. After letting them know best thing they could of done was put me in another room. But they made me take pictures and send them to security like I was lying.. They switched me rooms to a lower level room than what I had originally paid for..

There was no question this was my Cinderella Story the moment i walked through the doors. The atmosphere was that of a fairy tale, radiant colors and lights that were glowing as they were real natural flames along corridors of marble floors and stone walls. Every turn was another Ancient Europian feeling of Gods and Goddess, Royality and Romance! The staff was amazing and very courtious. They were a step ahead of me and knew what i needed before I could ask. Thomas in Biscottis and Min in Chi served with great delight and you knew they loved their job and proudly earned every star you have been rated. I dont remember the locations of Cassandra and Benard however i made it a point to remember the names, so their mentioning is needed. As a guest in VIP i was greeted by Jackie Sheffer and shown what those 3 letters mean to the Resort. There was nothing left out and my stay was amazing. Thank You for my very own Fairy Tale.

This is the worst casino ever. I put two tickets in a slot machine---one for 4 pennies and the other for +27.00. The machine only registered the first one, so I called for service. Nina from the Phillipines shows up and tells me that I must have only put in one ticket. The lady next to me tells her, "I saw her put in TWO tickets." Nina kept insisting that she just couldn't give me $27, and I told her to get someone else to help. Finally, a gentleman shows up and he can't figure out that all he has to do is callbecause the computers record the tickets for all of the machine. So I asked him to open the box, and he says, "that will take another hour." All the time Nina is rolling her eyes as though I'm out of line because the machine malfunctioned. She and the other guy were making it seem as if I was trying to steal. They made no effort to solve the problem, so I threw my players' card in the air and walked out. This was my first and LAST TIME in this place. Even the flies off my corpse won't land on this dump
