I ordered pizza last weds 11-11-2015 after 2 hours and me calling three times and every time they said it will be there in 10 mins sorry only have one driver , so again called after 2 hours and said sorry our driver got pulled over. I asked for the manager and said, can u look at how much pizza I order he said yes u order once to twice a week never said sorry can I get u a discount anything . this place I guess doesn't need my business or is so busy, don't need any busy, worst service ever had, will never go back. I wish the owner care about the business enough to call me. I looked everywhere to call the owner myself but can't find a phone number, because I hate to have to write a bad review just to get some respect

Tried to order from my local Passport Pizza, so far its been 1hr 15mins only live 4 miles away WTF, called and cancelled order and they offered me $5 off my order. Sorry don't want ur cold pizza!

The ribs were full of cartilage and half bones!! I do not think these were spare ribs!! Skimped on the potato wedges also and manager offered no help in resolving this terrible food! Watch what you order here and prices are to steep for what you can stomach!

Worst experience I've ever received from any kind of food service. Took over an hour to deliver, the order ended up being wrong. There online ordering doesn't work properly, never received a receipt, rude customer service, owner was the worst. Told me I was wrong and wouldn't issue me a refund even though I returned everything. Do not go there. Wasted $27 (after 5$ tip, wasn't delivery guys fault though ) This is coming from someone who is in the customer service for years and is a manager.

Delivered very shortly after the time they gave. Ordered rib dinner. Very delicious. And was served hot. Maybe a little too much bbq sauce for my tastes, but be sure to ask for light sauce. Plenty of meat on the bones, the kind that just slides right off. Was very happy with order, just need less sauce. Hit the spot. Thanks guys

Update: The owner (I assume) responded to my review saying they fired the person responsible for my poor service. So we gave them another shot this week. Ordered a large round with extra sauce, well done, and an order of bread sticks. Took 50 minutes to arrive, cold pizza, flat as a piece of cardboard. No extra sauce that I paid for. Terrible. Even the bread was flat, like they never let the dough rise. This wasn't on a busy weekend night, it was during the day for lunch. I have lost all faith in this place and will never return. Jet's it is from now on! Old review--> Screw this place! Used to get good pizza all the time. They are like 3 minutes from my house, and I never see them get here inside of 45 minutes. Look, if you're that busy on a Sunday at 4pm, fine. But don't put my pizza in the oven and leave with it 40 minutes later. Horrible management. Rude, and unprofessional on the phone. You know, I was a manager at Hungry Howies, and even though it isn't a great job, I took pride in it. When you have Jet's right across the street from you, it just doesn't make good business sense to continuously serve sub-par food. Does it? You figure, your radius only extends so far, so your customer base is limited as it is. Every time you show your customers that you don't care, you lose one. Why is it that Sterling Heights is so full of bad workers? All of the restaurants around here have went downhill. Is it that our future is doomed? Has the arrogance of Sterling Heights residents finally resulted in an entire generation of self-absorbed, LAZY, and ignorant children running our business' for us? Do people just buy business' just to say they own them, and then offer poor service until they go under? WTF is wrong with people today? This place has struck out FAR too many times for me, so it is official, I'm done with Passport pizza. With this type of service, I envision this place closed down inside of a year. The owner obviously doesn't care, so why should we? Keep up the good work Jet's! You are the last good pizza place left in this city. You are the only one's that are consistent, and show some pride in your work.

I use to order food from here all the time, food was pretty decent for the price, however one day I order late at night pizza never came, I called several times they told me it was on the way each time I called, all the way up to closing time then they stop answering the phone!! By the way I had already paid by credit card over the phone. I wanted to call the police on them for Robbery!!! I called the next day and asked to speak to the manager to get my refund and voice my complaint he told me to call the owner, Some lady answer the phone said she would get to the bottom of it. All I got was my money back no coupon no I'm sorry here is a free pizza. Have not order here since. The food is decent if they decide to deliver it to you!!!! Don't pay by credit card !!!! Because they might not show up.

My half slab were the size of a child's portion. The ribs were short in size :( for an 11.99 meal and somewhat fatty bcause they r baked!! The 8 potato wedges were the result of this place measuring 8 ounces for portion control! WHO MEASURES FREAKING POTATOES? The coleslaw measured to an ounce as well. With tip to delivery person, I spent $19.00 and I felt like I was on jenny freaking craigs diet so i was still hungry. I won't dine in or out or recommend to anyone! Delivery time was good under the 45min. they quote you.
