£4.60 for a delicious pint of cloudy vinegar followed by a replacement pint (from a different keg) of another delightfully putrid 'ale'. I went back to the bar for a second time in 20 minutes (they like to make you wait) in order to get a refund having been served 2 duds in a row and the staff argued with me that I can't get my money back, despite several of them admitting that it smelt like a bottle of Sarson's. Eventually I had to settle for a lager. To top it off there has not been a single apology in sight on any of the three occasions this has happened so I won't be going back. The clientèle are also delightful. I witnessed a ingenious game of 'lets throw bottles at people' in the garden followed by a quick round of 'get in the police van you crazy woman'. Definitely avoid this place and save your money. You can recreate the atmosphere at home by smashing glasses on the floor and punching your friends while drinking a refreshing pint of malt vinegar to the tune of loud annoying music. 10/10 for wasting my time, ruining my night and making me feel ill.

If your idea of a 'party atmosphere' is similar to that of being around Broadmoor patients then yes, great party atmosphere! Uninspiring stories, classless women and social degenerate men swarm here, so get down and give it a go! I actually witnessed a local man punch a woman in the garden here whilst all the other local inbreds watched and laughed... At least the food is a good price though aye :)

This pub regularly plays music well past midnight in their garden on weekdays. The crowd they entartain is rowdy and there is always trouble. They shout and scream late into the night and all they seem to care about is getting young men absolutely plastered.

The Emporium is Fleet's most central pub and caters to a wide variety of customers, day and night. Its location can make it popular in the evening, but during the daytime it can be quite a bit quieter, and offers a reasonable escape from the hustle and bustle of the high street. While buying lunch there, we found the service to be polite and prompt, and the food offers good value - being both reasonably priced and tasty. The menu options are varied, offering plenty of choice. Marked down due to lack of attention in the toilets, where a reported absence of toilet roll in the ladies' could have made for an unpleasant surprise to somebody!

This was during the day where the atmosphere is very different. The food was terrible, and the staff had no interest to address this. A ok place for a drink in the evening but otherwise avoid this place if you want a nice meal.
