Modern bistro chain serving gourmet meat & veggie burgers. Some locations offer sushi & tacos.- Google
"The original 5 napkin burger was cooked to perfection."
"Then the Bacon Cheddar burger further disappointed."

I've been here twice now. Both times the burgers have been fantastic. I first tried the avocado ranch burger. Be prepared, it's messy, but delicious! The last time I tried the Double cheese burger. The patties are smaller (4oz) but it was still a large burger. The fries are really good. I didn't care for the cheesy tater tots (or whatever they call them) not cheesy enough. More like the cheese was mixed with the potato...I dunno. Not a fan. Onion ring tower was good but I still prefer the ones from Red Robin. They use panko crumbs which gives a nice crunchy texture but not much in terms of flavor.

Probably the finest burger restaurant I've been too. I was quite pleased with the hand cut fries. The burger was huge. The server helping me was very pleasant and attentive. He could tell if I needed a refill and would just bring it. It was a welcome chance to rest and eat after a long morning off site seeing. Stoic it is listed as part of the Prudential Center, the entrance is st street level on the outer side.

Paying for environment more than food. The burger is good. But you can get the same level of quality for around 8 dollars.

Great burgers. I not a big burger fan, but it was terrific. Good & friendly. A bit expensive for burgers, but worth it.

Came in for lunch the other day after the Skywalk Observatory. It was pretty empty, but then again it was 2:30pm. I ordered the Chicken soup, which was pretty good, but nothing spectacular. My dad ordered the Five Napkin burger with fries and my mom ordered the 5N and Turkey slider. They enjoyed it, but weren't raving about it. Overall, I think this place is good, but nothing to go out of your way for.

I LOVE 5 NAPKINS! The burgers are interesting (avocado?), the starters are great (especially the onion rings), their sides are tasty (especially the sweet potato fries!) and atmosphere is phenomenal. I really enjoy their decor and the food.
