After the economic debacle of 2007 - 2008, I lost nearly every client  of my business, which was considerable. I was able to rebuild my credit rating within a year's time with their expert help.  Upon gaining my credit rating, I was moved directly to Quicken Loans for a re-finance of my home to relieve myself of this large debt service as well. The service from Quicken Loans was surprisingly efficient and an entirely better experience than I've ever had with any local bank I've used over the course of 30 years in my business. I was amazed at the fact that regardless of who I talked to at Quicken Loans, they were able to understand and answer even the most subtle problems and questions., They were very responsive, however, the process still took longer than promised, and I'm not sure why. But yet it was made extremely customer friendly by the continued, prompt communication by email and telephone and their great website for online submission of documents, e-signatures and the ease of using the website for every document and message made the process easier for me due to my erratic personal schedule. Quicken Loans enabled me to get the lowest interest rate and even gave me credit for expenses incurred in the work I'd done with Quizzle and other gestures of good faith. 
I shall recommend Quicken Loans to anyone who wants to obtain a home mortgage or refinance an existing mortgage. It couldn't be done with more professionalism, expert knowledge, and politeness than Quicken Loans provided.
