1970s version of the oldest English patterns...Moss Rose. This is by Hammersley, England and is called Grandmother's Rose. Beautiful, isn't it? Tea would definitely be tasty in this cup! :)

This is a very pretty English bone china cup and saucer in the Grandmother's Rose pattern with pink Moss Roses and gold trim by Hammersley, England made in the 1970s and is a variation of one of the oldest known English china patterns, Moss Rose. The bone china mug measures 3 inches high by 3 in diameter and features a lovely sepia photo of the Queen flanked by color animals from her coat of arms with a cipher on the back and gold trim. The mug is in excellent condition and a great item for you royal memorabilia or Shelley collection.

I love Antique Staffordshire transferware...don't you????
This is an antique early Staffordshire, England blue and black soft paste porcelain transfer or transferware tea cup and saucer in the New London shape made during the reign of Queen Victoria in 1850-1870s. The design has a blue gothic or moorish design with black portraits of people in midieval dress. This is a Sadler, English dark brown Brown Betty pottery teapot with a high glaze finish from the 1960s. The teapot measures 6 inches high by 9 inches long by 6 in diameter and holds 8 medium cups of tea. The tea pot is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or even crazing, and the interior is clean an unstained. There are a few manufactruing or glaze flaws and a few surface grazes in a small area that don't detract...I am just being picky...

Hi Thel...doesn't black china make a dramatic tea time? And especially with your gorgeous roses! Love all of them...I would be hard pressed to pick a favorite. I have several black beauties too.
