The current "old" model isn't that old. It's easy to imagine a return to patronage returning actual artistry to the music I industry. I think self publishing has already begun that trend, and Patreon tacks nicely into that.

One of the most exciting things to me about voice interfaces to me are the possibilities for new applications to help people with a range of visibilities, and is the reason I cite when I hear people say they think voice interfaces are novel but useless, because they personally would rather just use their phone.
