Went there for dinner. Was seated right away, had great, fast service and the filet medallions were delicious! I will definitely be coming back for more!

I took my 2014 MDX in for service because my airbag warning light came on. Joe in service has always given me first class service and treated me very well. He found that the ground wire in the airbag / steering wheel harness was torn when Acura by Executive installed the heated steering wheel when I purchased the vehicle. I am so thankful that they quickly found this problem and fixed it right away! I feel much safer driving my MDX after it was properly serviced by Acura of Milford. I highly recommend this dealership for service, they exceeded my expectations and I look forward to returning to this dealer for my future service needs!

I ordered a greek salad with gyro meet on it. The salad itself was good, but the restaurant burnt the gyro meet on the grill and it was not that good. I will not be returning to this place ever again.

When taking delivery of my vehicle, I immediately noticed the dealership scratched the front of the steering wheel and rear steering column. The sales manager assured me that he would order replacement parts so these will be replaced and the vehicle would be back to brand new condition, since this was a brand new car purchase. Unfortunately, service only repaired these items and only replaced the steering column cover. The scratches are still present on the front and the dealership's General Manager told me that I am stuck with the vehicle the way it is because he finds it acceptable and that there is nothing further that they can do about it. I've also had electrical problems with the vehicle and the dealership and Acura have not been able to fix the problem because Acura does not have a fix yet for when safety system warning lights come on either after electrical components are replaced or when there is cold weather. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone because of how they have treated me. They do not know the meaning of good customer service and how to hold themselves accountable for false promises made when selling a brand new vehicle. I wound up taking my MDX to another dealership. They were excellent and fixed the problems that Acura by Executive refused to address.
