Is it just me? Or is it normal to now on G+ get lots of "women" followers you don't know?  I haven't checked, but I'm sure they'll all start to be linked to some sketchy industry. Maybe not yet, but I assume it's coming. I'm not using G+ anymore, especially since Google doesn't seem to have any real interest in it anyway.

This tech is starting to get really impressive. If it will require Android, and I see a fun opportunity, I may have to switch back from the iPhone, and start coding in Java again. :)
Have you seen? SmartEyeglass SDK (Developer Preview) is here, ready for all you developers to shape the world with augmented reality!

I find this entertaining. I had already lost trust in Dropbox.
They have previously lied about privacy, later coming clean stating that they can view your files (http://www.macworld.com/article/1159370/dropbox_security.html) Now they bring in an NSA Advisor to their board.  I still sometimes use dropbox, but encrypt before they see my files, even for non-private stuff.  I also encrypt my data on my own server, though, if that tells you anything about me.

FINALLY,  someone made a Godzilla reboot for a zillion dollars! I was afraid a studio would spend that money to produce a dozen or more original stories.

Here's an interesting article that highlights some issues regarding the state of freedom and privacy in the U.S. right now. I like that some of our largest companies are acting in the interest of individuals.

"We all want to live in a world that is safe and secure, but we also want to live in a country that is protected by the Constitution"

I'm really finding that a combo of baroque music and coffitivity.com is about perfect for me to concentrate. I'm Even task switching, though grudgingly,  with a bit more clarity.  By the way, +Coffitivity, I was really liking the new 'campus sounds'  ...but is that gone, now?

+Nils Devine, you'll like this keyboard. It looks pretty serious. It's got a hard dvorak switch and movable key caps! Though it's not a split ergo format.
