The Food Trainer (FoodT) is out on Google Play! Why not give it a go - you would be contributing to valuable research and may even change your eating habits!

Food T was designed at the University of Exeter by Dr Natalia Lawrence and was programmed by PsyNovigo. The app is designed to train you to say 'no' to unhealthy foods and substitute these with healthy foods.

We are very excited to have worked with researchers at the University of Exeter on the ImpulsePal. Designed by researchers, this app is a great collection of tools to help people trying to resist those tantalising food cravings.

Since the end of the 19th century, psychologists have measured reaction time to find out about people’s intelligence, memory, sensory processes, personality, social and group processes… pretty much every area of psychological research. More recently, researchers have started to take their experiments online. So is collecting reaction time data online a good idea? Well, yes and no. We recently looked into the practicalities and limitations of measuring reaction time through a web browser.
