When & Where Do We Meet ?
=======================
During the Spring and Fall semesters!  Every TU and TH from 8pm-10:30pm at the MTSU Recreation Center on the 2nd floor aerobics room.

What We Offer ?
=============
[1] Over $5,000 worth of equipment.
[2] Plenty of space to train (unlike your dorm)
[3] Train with others from various styles & experience.
[4] 25-50% off any items from CENTURY
[5] Free rental from our Video and Book library.
[6] Nightly group workshops lead by our Coach (most with over 20 yrs experience) in Self-Defense, Body Conditioning, Etc.

What Can I Expect ?

8pm-9:15pm - Group Workshop.
9:15pm-10:30pm - Personal Training Period.

* If you arrive late, just sign-in & jump in!

 Membership Cost ?
===============
* First training session is FREE, and then you pick ONE:

$7 a month...........2 hrs of Club Service work
$12 a month.........0 hrs of Club Service work
$15 a semester...4 hrs of Club Service work
$25 a semester...0 hrs of Club Service work

** "Club Service" is working a1 outside MAC event, such as a fund raiser or community service authorized by the club (you have the whole semester to earn 'CS' hours and it can be earn at one event or spread out your time between several events). You can also earn extra CS-hours by helping with Set-up and Put-up times at MAC meetings as well.
