Have used these guys twice at our home in Sarasota. They are always prompt, efficient and profession. Do great work at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

I had two rooms reserved for three nights for myself and family. The AC in one room was noisy and barely functional. The WiFi did not work at all in either room. Ice machines did not work, printer for airline boarding passes did not work. The floors are dirty and the air circulation throughout the hotel is poor. When I complained they offered to move us to different rooms, but this was not practical for our situation. The staff in general was courteous and tried to help, but this place is badly managed, unclean and not pleasant. I would not stay here again.

Excellent used bookstore, with inventory heavily weighted toward paperbacks and fiction. Friendly staff make it a pleasure to shop here.

Wonderful friendly staff, big, clean, comfortable rooms. WiFi, AC and amenities all work great. Nice tavern/restaurant with really good food. Close to the freeway and you do get traffic noise, but running the AC/fan in our room was plenty good enough to let us sleep fine.

Purchased a new Camry off their lot, after test driving a number of different cars. Staff was very helpful and professional, courteous and no pressure. Manager was willing to work with us on the price, so we feel we got a good deal. Definitely plan to shop there again.

I ordered tickets by phone and paid $63. I called back the next day because I had to change the date. THEN and only then I was told my tickets were non-refundable and non-exchangeable. I have no idea if the theater is good. I won't be going. They claim to have the largest subscription base of any theater in the state. I guess that's why they don't need to provide decent customer service.
