Together Counts is a nationwide program to inspire active and healthy living. We’re asking families and their children – and everyone – to take a simple pledge: eat at least one meal and do at least one activity together every week. The principle behind the program is called Energy Balance, which just means balancing the calories we consume with the calories we expend. Calories in, calories out. It’s that simple!
