Love my dark beers, but wasn't a fan of the stout or the porter. Jacob brought me the Brown Ale which hit the spot. Ribs were tasty, although could have used more sauce from the beginning. The pizookie (pizza cookie dessert) may sound ridiculous, but it tastes amazing!!! Nice atmosphere, great bartender, a little bit busy management that I felt should have stopped by the table, but at least bought our wings for not having our first 3 choices of sauces that evening. Overall pleased and will be back...

Menu is WAY too large for any cooks to master it. They couldn't pull off a basic French dip or fettuccini Alfredo (canned sauce). The waiter was so overworked from going through the vast space he forgot my dessert and we just sat there for a pointless 20 minutes while my kid squirmed around. Not enough waiting space on Friday night. Hostess was not very friendly and refused to tell us a time update after waiting 20 minutes out of 40 min wait. The beer was ok according to my friends. I'm new to the area and have seen this twice with a too large menu (Breckenridge)

I don't know where all these bad reviews are coming from. I've visited this location with my girlfriend for lunch AND for dinner, and both times the food was amazing, and the staff/management was extremely helpful, prompt, and friendly. Each visit I asked the waitress for her food recommendation, and each time the food was fantastic. I honestly didn't even realize this place was a chain until our second visit. I'm off the opinion that most chain restaurants have mediocre food, and mediocre service, but BJ's proved me wrong in this respect. Will be returning for a birthday coming up soon.

We went there late (9:00pm) on a Friday night and the service was very slow but friendly. When we got our food over an hour later ( the place was only about 1/3rd full), the food wasn't very good. I had a salad that was expensive and not to my tastes. Over there was nothing special and we still spent over $60 for 3 people with no alcohol. Maybe shouldn't have tipped average but I am not sure if it was the wait staff or chef who took too long... maybe both. The waiter didn't seem to think much about how long we had to wait. This is our third time with disappointing meals and service so it is off my list in the future. I like other restaurants in the same shopping center better... so not much chance of going back to BJ's

The food is subpar if not terrible. When someone wants to go to a restaurant one would expect good food especially a place like BJ's. Appetizers tasted like frozen items bought from the local supermarket. Entrees did not fair any better. Overpriced for the amount of food given and the taste. Not recommended at all. Try somewhere else more appealing than this place.

just to note: the persons review below mine (osgood) has absolutely no credibility, this restaurant does not even serve ceviche or chimichangas, he must be mistaken. For a real honest review of BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse: we were greeted with excellent customer service, so welcoming. the manager was beyond helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was down to earth, considerate, and passionate about his job, he's what we'd like to call an actual human being. our server was patient with us, and we tend to be picky about our order. He was polite and informative. We were impressed with his heart-felt opinions of the menu, you do not see that often. we were there later in the evening 10-11 and received 1/2 price on superb unique appetizers and small bite selections, along with drink specials including their in house brews (reserve imperial 9.0% alcohol--tastes like a hint of apple) that are more than worth it!! Also, can't go wrong with the blonde brew that is comparable to stella, nice and light-- a dinner brew. the watermelon feta salad was SO tasty, much much flavor. Our two entrees consisted, the first, seafood creation--featuring atlantic salmon, lobster, fresh veggies over a rice pilaf, such a beautiful presentation with taste to match. the second, was going out on a limb especially with me being a woman and not usually steering in the direction of sandwich's for a dinner entree-- the roast beef sandwich, resembling a french dip-- the meat looked hearty and healthy dipped in the perfect mate, au jus sauce, along side the wedge cut fries dipped in horseradish specialty mixture. this BJ's brewhouse rates amazing and delicious with thee most friendly waitstaff making you feel right at home. what were they lacking? they weren't lacking anything honestly. they told us what was good, catered to our needs and tastes, and conversed with us like friends. highly recommended! From your friendly neighbors, Alex and Kayla
