Maintain SharePoint application level versions/patches.
Day-to-day operations and administration of Rational Tool Suite, SharePoint 2010, Microsoft TFS, and CollabNet Team Forge.
Technical support for all systems including monitoring of servers on a daily basis to ensure all services and applications are functioning correctly.
Coordinate with and complete user requests for client installs, user permissions and accounts, and system troubleshooting.
Maintain application level security patch levels.
Evaluate ISVMs, Monthly Security Scans, STIG compliance and other security concerns from IA and respond accordingly

Maintaining relationships with other OSC support teams (SRM, IA, CM, LAN, POP, etc) to be aware of changes that may impact documentation SOP’s.
Adhere to Change/Configuration Management procedures and policies.
Research and investigate problems and develop viable solutions; report recommendations clearly and effectively to the team.
Work with senior SA to optimize the SQL instance for the Rational Suite.
Executes ad-hoc queries and generate reports for users, required monthly reports for the Project Control Specialist, and any others upon request in a timely manner.
Review, update, and execute database backup and recovery procedures including disaster recovery.
Configures and maintains SQL jobs.
Develop/maintain System Administrator and Database Administrator SOP’s.
Maintain Operating System Service Pack levels and other OS patches not handled by COSS.
Develop Contingency Plan input and perform Contingency Plan review and testing.
Assist PCS/FA in gathering system metrics for reporting purposes.
