We had to wait a long time for our food. The drink menu and condiment containers were sooooo dirty and needed cleaned. I had to wash my hands before I could eat my cheeseburger. The food was good once we got it.

This was my second visit to Cheeseburger in Paradise. I went on a date night, and we were surrounded by screaming kids. Each table boarding us had at least three kids that were five and under. The waitress was nice, but we felt really rushed. We literally sat down, she gave us the menus, we didn't even open them, and she asked what we would like to drink and any appetizers. My husband said that he wasn't sure yet because we hadn't had a chance to look at the menu. Then she left and didn't come back for a while. The food was good, but there was nothing special or unique that would make us crave their food.

Food is typical strip mall Cali style fare but decent nonetheless. Prices are a little on the high side especially for what you are getting. Entering the building is odd to say the least but the people who work there are extremely nice. Drinks are expensive. Cost must have to do with rent in the area as its perhaps the most expensive shopping real estate in the city. Really not a lot to get excited about and it often gets really crowded. Again though, the staff are extremely nice and seem to hustle to make sure you're served in a timely manner.

Two of us dined mid-afternoon. Only a handful of customers were there. I ordered a Malibu salad. It was awful! It looked like they dumped a bag of iceburg lettuce on my plate. There were only four little chunks of avocado it in and a few springs of spring mix. Very disappointing. I would have told the waiter but he didn't even bother to ask how our meal was. We've been there a number of times and was satisfied. Not this time.

My favorite mini burgers are now covered in onion goo. They are nickel and diming on everything. There was no effort put into our food and it was highly disappointing. This place has really gone down hill.

Well things started out as we arrived about 7 Friday night 3/15/13 and with a estimated 15 min for 2 that was just fine.. Gave them my name and took a pager and moved over to the side. As time passed and people got up I kept waiting and watching everyone else get seated and paged. Even saw a few people looking around and then walk over and check what was taking so long. I then look over and saw there were many tables open and cleaned but no pagers going off. It had now been 30 mins, double what i was told and there were more than enough small open tables to sit the few couples that were waiting but no. I went up and asked how much longer and was told i was 2nd in line... To what? everyone that was here when i got here has been sat and even people that came after us.. Fine, we are already here and hungry so a little longer, I then waited about 10 more mins and was talking to my girlfriend about getting the manager as this was ridiculous to wait almost triple the time they told us. Then our pager went off as i was about to walk over to one of the high schoolers that were clearly not able to get people seated with all their drama.. The small booth table that seats 2-4 i had my back to for almost 20 mins was still open and i regret not just turning around and walking around the corner and sitting ourselves. We get seated, order some water and then our food. Hasn't been but a few mins and the fire alarm system is set off by someone.. No big deal someone will turn it off, or will they. 5 mins goes by with the strobes and sirens going off and sitting in the corner by a glass garage door it was way too loud to keep sitting there as it echoed. I flagged down the waiter and told him to cancel our order and were out of here. I wasn't even told thank you for coming in by any of the drama teens at the door which they would of gotten a sarcastic comment if they would of as all we were trying to do was get some dinner and it was over a hour later and we ended up going to a Runza near by and joked about how horrible the experience was and never ever will i waste time trying to go there again. By seeing the other reviews and no responses on here the manager clearly doesn't care about his customers...
