I had a wonderful experience with Bradley International Airport. It's very nice and clean; it has a DIA vibe with fewer people. The employees were very friendly. They helped me find the quickest path to my gate, and they also joked with me about my tshirt. They even have a great WiFi network, none of that Boingo nonsense I keep finding in other airports. Bradley International Airport is pretty great; I encourage anyone to take their business here.

Never have I had a worse experience at a Sheraton. I was placed on the 3rd floor on a night when a HUGE party was going on and It was the same as a college dorm. Tons of pizza boxes all over the hallway and people slamming their doors until 5 am. I did not sleep a wink. Unacceptable...

The experience I had at this place was very pleasant. Even early in the morning the employees were knowledgable, quick, respectful and overall it was a no-nonsense atmosphere. Less than 15 minutes from check in to terminal. And the security people were respectful and friendly as well.

Easy in, easy out. Security is a breeze. Rental car trams are quick. Roads are well marked. Small town fell in a big city. Unlike Charlotte with rockers, they have couches to rest and wait on. Alway a great experience.

airport is nice and clean but the free wifi is terrible. If you plan to work in the terminal, as I did, bring a hotspot or some other means to connect, the airport wifi will not satisfy your needs. If their IT group can fix this the airport would have a five star rating in my opinion. security was smooth, nice amenities, etc.

I checked in for one night because I had a very early flight the next day. This hotel is AWFUL. Sheraton should be ashamed of themselves. I checked in around 7pm. Most of the lobby was closed, including the Starbucks. I went up to my room and the moment I closed the door I could hear my neighbor's conversations CLEARLY. Talk about paper-thin walls. The bathroom was a fright. Stand-up shower ONLY. No tub. And the hardware was falling off the walls. TV worked but stations came in with static. If I was spending more than 7 hours in that room I would have been irate. Still, for the money I spent I expected a LOT better. Shame on you, Sheraton.
