First of all, I had originally selected a King sized bed and when I walked into my hotel room I found 2 Queen sized beds. Not that it's a deal breaker but upon arriving at the hotel the front desk should have informed me that they had no more rooms available with King sized beds. After being in the room for 5 minutes I had found 1 cockroach on the floor and 1 on the bed. I killed them and tried to forget about them. Then I found 4 more on the floor and another one under the sheets. On top of that, the toilet paper was half used when I arrived. It was just all disgusting so I had to leave that very same night. In total I was inside the room for maybe an hour and had found 6 cockroaches so I can only imagine how infested the hotel is.

This was one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in! The room was very spacious and the bed was enormous. The bathroom was very clean and the air conditioning worked well. We slept so well the one night we stayed that we almost didn't want to go home. The hotel is also conveniently located; we only had one day to explore Cocoa Beach and visit KSP, but we were able to eat a great dinner, walk the beach to see nesting sea turtles, and shop at Ron Jon. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay in August 2013. Front desk was friendly, room was very clean, AC worked good, pool was clean and big. The only complaint was on Saturday morning, the lawn-care service started mowing, trimming, edging and blowing right in front of our room around 9:00am!! Was trying to sleep-in, which then became impossible.

We always use La Quinta Inn, but this time we were extremely disappointed. When we got there, the sheets had blood stains on them, so we had to sleep on top of the bed, until they could be changed the next day. then our toilet flooded the next morning. On top of that this was the HARDEST bed ever that I layed in, and the pillows had feathers in them and were poking us, worst sleep ever. Im very disappointed that this hotel was so bad. Also the heated pool was cold. The breakfast sausages were frozen in the middle and raw.

It was my first time at this hotel and I picked this place from the good reviews I saw and I did a great job. I have nothing bad to say. The rooms were clean and also the hotel area beds where good and also the breakfast was simple but filled us up. Me and my family showed up early and Julie the front desk clerk was so nice. We asked to check in early and she did what she could and made it happen. We didn't even leave the pool area the whole day. The bar had $2.00 beers u can get any better then that. I will be back again.

This is my third time staying prior to cruising as do the park and cruise. This is the last time I will be at this facality and only due to the shuttle service. Getting to pier was no problem at all but on return the shuttle stated departing at 930a and we we at the designated spot at 915a and others were already there. The shuttle did not arrive till more than an hour and all of us kept calling and they said another 15min. Needless to say we were tired from the cruise and had a drive home and this extra hour wait was not good. The hotel is so-so but you better be on first floor as they have NO elevator so you will be lugging your baggage up a couple of flights. Pool looks enviting and I have seen live music when there. Rooms are of what you would expect of La Quinta. The breakfast is usually a zoo and just so-so. The upstairs sports bar is fun on a Saturday as happy hour which starts at 8p all drinks are a $1 and at 9p they are $2 and at 10p $3. So might go by the bar when back on a cruise but will certainly book another hotel.
