DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE! The owner (Justin) has been missing for a few months now. I took my bike in last month and called several times a week/sent emails to figure out when it would be done. I spoke with the guy who runs the liquor store that is attached to the bike shop. He said no one knows where Justin is and luckily my bike was still there so I took it home with no work done to it. The liquor store guy also said Justin was stealing parts and selling them for his personal profit. This place should be taken off of google maps and the website should be taken down. It basically

I took a used mountain bike I had just bought to get tuned up at LoDo Spokes. They gave me 1/2 off my first tune up and talked to me all about mountain bikes and what a great deal I had got with my new purchase (I am new to biking). Their services was quick and incredibly friendly and personable. They had the bike done earlier than scheduled and called me immediately. I was also telling them I wanted to get into road biking and they offered to answer any questions I had in the future and to look at any bikes I was considering for a professional opinion. They helped me over the next week as I looked at different road bikes and took a look at the bike before I bought it. With the road bike, they hooked me up with another tune up and other goodies for the bike - they have been AWESOME. I will definitely be driving across town to bring my bikes into LoDo Spokes and recommending them to all my friends!

I brought in two bikes to Justin wanting a full tune up on both. He quickly took a look and let me know that one of the bikes didn't need much work, so a full tune up was not necessary. He also had an extra part laying around and replaced a damaged part at a low cost. Justin let me know that my bike was good to go and would go through another season before needing anything major done. His honesty and generosity throughout the entire process was a pleasure to work with. Turnaround was quick and I immediately noticed the difference when I hopped on my ride. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone wanting to support a local small business that delivers great customer service and great service.

This guy is a scammer. Tried to drop my bike off this week for a tune and the owner has skipped town. Heard he left a lot of people in the dust waiting on parts etc. Luckily it was a living social deal and I got a refund.

If I could give Justin and LoDo Spokes a million billion stars I would! I own a business in Denver and we just rolled out our cupcake tricycle. Everything had been going great until yesterday when the lowest gears wouldn't work. Google let me know about LoDo Spokes. I checked Yelp and thankfully saw the reviews for new ownership at the top. Today the chain broke! The trike wasn't too far from his shop so Justin jetted on over and fixed it ONSITE! Totally AMAZING! Justin has literally bailed my business and trike out of big trouble yesterday and today. LoDo Spokes under Justin's ownership is a new business. The customer service that they provide is bar none the BEST I have received! He has truly gone above and beyond. I think anyone would be thrilled with the service and knowledge at LoDo Spokes.

Justin has just taken over the reigns of this place and did a phenomenal job fixing up my bike. He is a great guy to work with and is very straightforward and transparent about everything. Plus it's pretty great being located inside a very nice liquor store.
