Cool place. Got the Dirty Plucker which is the doughnut equivalent of chicken and waffles. It was great but very very very sugary and the chicken kind of tasted like ramen noodles. Wife got the Freebird doughnut that was to die for.

Something you have to try. A huge variety of bizarre combinations will make it hard to decide and will bring you back again to try something different. I didn't so much feel like I was eating a donut for a bun. To me it tasted more like a funnel cake. Worth a visit. Not the best thing I've ever eaten.

Visiting Austin for a conference, I stopped in late on a Monday when it was dead. You can't miss the big trailer parked in the entryway which serves as the kitchen. Staff was laid back and very friendly, and gave me an extra doughnut they'd made while I waited for my food. I got the Breast Lift, a chicken-bacon-provolone sandwich in between two doughnuts. I dared not dream it would be so good, but it was. It was held together with a large toothpick, as if there were any chance I could get my jaw around this thing. But every bite was a little piece of bar food art. You can tell they aren't coasting on the novelty -- the food is actually great. My arteries may never recover, but I don't regret it one bit. I was surprised that this wasn't already a landmark spot, a local Austin legend. I'm sure it will be in no time.

One of the best burgers I've ever had in my life! Don't go here if you're on a diet! Big portion sizes, uniquely deferent burgers, and pretty good prices! A beer tower with friends is always a good idea too. Rachel is amazing too!

Food is great...if you can get served! I have eaten here many times. Do not eat here unless you have at least an hour and a half for lunch getting someone to acknowledge your presence is the first hurdle. Getting your food in a timely fashion is your next mission should you decide to test your patience. Once the food has arrived you will enjoy. If you didn't give up and leave like I have just done for the second time 😠

Really great service. Be hungry when you get here! Parking is a drag but oh so worth it.

So good!!! The food is amazing and definitely lived up to all the hype that surrounds this place. The Country Clucker was a fantastic entree but the "Mama's Cake" for dessert, drizzled with actual cake batter, was the reason I will dream of this place.

You've never tried a donut before coming here. Throw everything you know about donuts out the window. This place has a nice vibe, great service, and a nice hole in the wall theme. Just don't go more than a few times a year. Otherwise you might see your waistline increase dramatically.
