Only had ham egg and chips for lunch but still somehow managed to feel sub standard, definately not worth the money paid. Service was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. Decoration was quite nice for the eating area, divisions made the place feel cosy and private whilst still having ample seating.

If you ever have an issue with your PS3, I'd highly recommend ignoring Sony and sending it to these guys. Sony: - £160 - Doesn't actually repair anything, just replaces all the insides. - Will lose all harddisk data, regardless of whether or not it is necessary - Takes weeks - 3 Month warranty - Will almost certainly happen again PS Pros: - 1/2 the price - Retained my HD data - Was fixed the day they received it and sent back just as promptly - 8x longer warranty (for £30 inc. VAT) - Cooling fan added to prevent it happening again - Helps you get the repairs paid for by the supplier You do the maths. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, extremely quick to reply (email feedback within minutes). Repair was completed the very next day after I sent it, and back to me on a day of my choosing (3 days later, in my case) The console was couriered securely back and forth at no extra cost. If you give your money to Sony instead of these guys, your wasting your money, taking a much bigger risk, almost certainly going to have to spend more later and going to tear your hair out trying to deal with their foreign call centres, if you ever get through to them that is. Can't stress enough how great this was, much better warranty, helpful staff, good contact, extremely fast, cheaper and more reliable afterwards. I've never been so impressed with service from any company. In the interests of writing a balanced review, I would normally make a few critiquing comments. Truth be told, I can't think of a single one. Best service I've ever seen by expert, friendly staff who will help you however they can. At the very least, it certainly beats giving your money to the same company who pretty much designed the console to break when they made it. Give this serious consideration.
