Husband and i go there for ahi tuna dinner salad which exellent freshness 4 out of 5 but a few times were overly dressing and unlike at arden location the ahi steak strips at Natoma were cut in half the size

We went there the other night after a long day traveling for work. Our waitress was great! We ordered the two for $20.00 meal which was a lot of food! We started off with the mozzerella and tomato salads each, and the deep dish bbq chicken pizza. Topped it off with their signature pazuki dessert, which was a large warm chocolate cookie topped with ice cream. We were so stuffed and delighted with the food and service! There was even extra pizza to take home!

Many different varieties of food and all of it tastes great. The best part is a pizzokie at the very end. Overall it's great but sometimes you will get slow service depending on the day.

Great place to eat and hang out. They have the best beer in Sacramento/Natomas. If you need a place to hang out a litttle later than usual then BJ's is the only restaurant. Great place for the whole family. The happy hour is the best deal. Their prices could be a little lower.

BJ's has some good food and the prices are reasonable and one of my favorite things to get is the club sandwich. However this location is really busy so if you do come down during prime hours expect to wait at least 1 to 2 hours. The service when you do get there is not bad as I have not waited long to get served even during prime hours. And the beer that they have on tap is pretty good as well! If you love good bar food and some awesome beer give this place a try!

Our group decided to go there for a special occasion and we called in a reservation which they supposedly said they could do. When the group got there at the time they reserved they still had to wait an hour. After ordering they waited an hour for their food. I was 2 hours late and my group was just being served the food when I got there and there were still people WAITING for their food! Note for those who have never been to any BJ's: it is a full bar restaurant with TVs playing in most corners of the building so the volumes can get pretty loud. The "manager" Al came to our table and told our guest of honor to shut up because our table was supposedly getting too loud, this was understandably upsetting to our guest of honor specifically because most of the people at the table were still pretty cranky from being hungry. When two of the orders arrived at the table with tomatoes after they had been specifically asked to be tomato free our table did become progressively loud with anger. We explained that we would not be paying for food that had been brought out after an hour and prepared incorrectly and Al informed us that we would still have to pay or he would call security. He did call security, and the police. We only paid for the incorrectly made pizza because one slice had been eaten (it didn't have tomatoes on the slice). If Al really is the manager, he is by far the worst manager I have ever dealt with. He knows nothing of customer service and belongs nowhere near the food industry. His waiters know what they are doing more than he does; for instance the waitress that served my friend his dessert an hour after he ordered it and after he had to ask twice and was told it was made wrong one of the times, he ended up getting his dessert for free. The BJ's at Arden is a joke.

The staff is over worked (I think)! We went there for a birthday dinner - THANK GOD we didn't make plans for afterward! As what should be a 1-2hr meal, laughs & drinks was a 4.5hr "Um are they ever gonna come by our table?" adventure. I had seen reviews stating this but thought "It can't be that bad" Oh my yes, yes it can. The saving grace was our original waiter was great & left us a pitcher of water - he eventually took our orders and then they switched him to the back room. We were told some girl would be taking our table over. We saw her ONE time, and we even stopped her to get help a few times... but yeah after we ate (the food was ok.) - the 5 of us sat there waiting for a server to bring our 2 bday people their dessert and our check. I had to get the server's attention and ask AGAIN - 30min later dessert and the bill. As to the alcohol - 2 of us were warned that the drink we ordered was VERY strong. Like hell - it was a glorified wine cooler. The other guest in our party ordered a long island ice tea - also very weak. THANKFULLY I was with 4 amazing & funny people or else tonight would have been a nightmare. needless to say, I won't go back and would warn anyone else not to go there. The service is non-existant. Its sad, as it seems like It could be a really cool place to go regularly.
