Steps to stay consistent:
1. Ask yourself WHY do you want to lose weight?
- To look good/pretty
-To get fit
-To impress someone, etc.

Be honest with yourself.
2. Take one goal at a time
3. Schedule your priorities: things which are not scheduled are not done.
4. Ignore negative thoughts which are trying to stop you from achieving your goals. Remember why you started in the first place.
5. If you are not able to do it one day, don't give up. Start a fresh from next moment onward.
