I was feeling very overload of info, requests, etc...that I was so much invested in but yes, I found I was being strung bone dry just placating their demands and having no time to tend to myself....I did all my work, consulting, publishing, etc....free of charge cause the cause was all I saw but yeah, people piranha swarm when whose kindnesses are extended...totally lost the mark of showing appreciation..

New Post: The Beginner’s Guide to Writing With MultiMarkdown
As a writer, I have tried just about every word processor ever invented. But for the past year, I have used MultiMarkdown. It’s the fastest and easiest way to write anything. Here’s why.

I've started making the case at work that we should start using markdown (of some variant) to write and manage our text-based content.  There is some resistance ("people don't want to have to learn some complicated syntax, they just want to write")... I'm trying to convince people that this approach is actually better for "just writing" than keeping everything in word documents and having to worry about converting to other formats (html and pdf) all the time.

+Michael Hyatt - I so appreciate your work and, in this case, your transparency. I'm adept at helping authors & biz artists get out of the messy middle, but your post inspired me to recognize my own middle-of-promotion feelings this week and initiate a strategy session w/ 2 team members to fill an author's mentorship program. Gratitude
