When I conducted my most recent reader survey, almost half of you said that you one day hoped to write a book. So let me ask you a question: When will that day come?
Whether you’re a business leader, speaker, blogger, pastor, or podcaster, if you’ve got a book in you, there’s never been a better time to turn that dream into a deal than right now. Why? The tools are now tilted in your favor. But you have to know how to use them.
I reveal exactly how in my Get Published Training Course, but registration is only open for another day. After tonight at 11:59 p.m. Pacific, the offer ends.

New Post: Think You Can’t Get Published? Here’s Why You’re Wrong
------------------
If you’ve always dreamed of writing a book, I have good news. You’re living at the very best moment in history to have the impact your message deserves. But you have your doubts, right?

Maybe you’ve heard the statistics on how many books get automatically rejected by agents and publishers. Maybe you’ve already been rejected.
You know you have an important message to share, but let’s face it: We pour so much of ourselves into a book that rejection is beyond demoralizing. Besides, publishing is so complex, it feels like its rigged against first-time authors. It’s not, if you know how the system works—and how you can work it.

To find out what you can do to get published, sign up for my Get Published Training Course. Registration is now open. But move fast. The offer ends next week.

-------------------
The voices in your head will tell you that you’ll never be able to get published. Maybe you think your audience is too small, or writing a book is too overwhelming, or you niche is too narrow.

New Post: It’s Not all Bad News: The Upside of Social Media
-----------------
It’s popular to complain about social media and talk about how it is destroying our culture, but what if the exact opposite is true?

I joined Twitter on April 6, 2008. A friend urged me to check it out. He was already using it and loved it. So after some initial eye-rolling, I tried it and fell in love with the medium too.

It wasn’t long at all before I discovered that Twitter is one of the most powerful communication tools ever invented. It also wasn’t long before I got an earful from critics who said social media was bad news.

New Post: 3 Reasons I Hate Text Messages
------------
I pride myself in being responsive. If someone emails or calls, I try to get back with them right away. However, text messages make it difficult to maintain my standard.

Just this afternoon, I suddenly remembered Roger, a business associate, had texted me—last week! Unfortunately, this is happening with increasing frequency, and I am embarrassed each time it happens.

New Post: How to Write a Book Proposal That Leaves Publishers Begging to Sign You
---------------
I’ve been in book publishing my entire professional life—more than thirty years now. And I’ve worked at practically every level of the industry, from grunt to CEO.

I’ve done marketing, sales, and editorial. I’ve even typeset books and represented authors—not to mention being a bestselling author myself. You cannot believe the number of changes I’ve seen over those three decades.

But there’s one thing that hasn’t changed in the slightest. In fact, it hasn’t changed since the printing revolution over five hundred years ago. If becoming a published author is your dream, this one essential truth is the key to ensuring it becomes a reality.

Do You Have a Book inside You? Don’t Miss My Free New Video Series
--------------
Eighty percent of people think they have a book inside them. I bet you’re one. But the idea of getting published can feel overwhelming. Where do you even begin?

Nothing makes an impact, creates authority, and opens doors like a book. But the publishing world seems so intimidating, full of unspoken rules, procedures, and expectations. Plus, publishers are pickier than ever.

What you need is a guide to demystify the process and show you step-by-step what it take your dream out of the clouds and put it on the page. After thirty years in the publishing industry, including as the CEO of one of the world’s largest publishers, I’ve created a free new video series to do exactly that.

Watch here: http://mhyatt.us/1V77tcZ
Publishing Can Seem Overwhelming, but Breaking the Publishing Code Guides You Step-by-Step through the Process
