Latte Art is a method of preparing coffee created by pouring steamed milk into a shot of expresso and resulting in a pattern or design on the surface of the resulting latte. These are some pretty cool designs.

Nice!  I love the idea Google has for this.  I tried to hire one of their photographers for a client of mine +Sierra Regency a luxury retirement community but the guy never called back.  I'll try again later.

Google has featured Mezze restaurant by fully upgrading their Google listings early and adding them to the Google+ Local pilot program. Add Mezze to your Google+ circles to stay up to date on what they’re getting up to and see what’s in store for your local Google+ pages.
Just to give you a little taste of what’s coming, Google worked with a few other business owners to fully upgrade their listings early. Add them to your circles to stay up to date on what they’re getting up to and see what’s in store for your local Google+ pages.

Wait a minute... pretty much all Google Places listings have been migrated to Google+ Local... what has not taken place is the migration from Google+ Local to to Google+ Business Pages. This is ongoing at a steady rate and is expected to take a few more months to complete.

Google just announced their new Google+ Local launch on their Business blog. You'll notice Baltimore's Mezze Restaurant is highlighted on the Business Blog post in the featured businesses. http://googleandyourbusiness.blogspot.com/

Manage a Google Places page? That listing just got a simpler, cleaner look with the introduction of Google+ Local, a new way to discover businesses across Google.

With Google+ Local, customers can now easily recommend your business to their friends, or tell the world about it with a review. We’ve added +Zagat reviews and updated our scoring system to their 30-point scale, allowing customers to better share what makes your business unique. Google+ Local is integrated into Search, Maps, mobile and as a new tab in Google+ (just look for “Local” along the left to get started). We are rolling out today, so if you don’t see it now, you’ll see it soon.

Read more about what this means for you as a business owner over on the Google and Your Business Blog (http://goo.gl/bVi9Q), or check out our quick guide to what’s new (http://goo.gl/p1dni).

Excellent. I loved the atmosphere, the food, and how well was treated by the staff even tho I came alone. They were welcoming and accommodating. I tried 3 different Tapas and the butternut squash soup. All were outstanding. The octopus was recommended and very tasty.

Food ok but found the general attitude less than acceptable. Could not go through Open Table to make reservation so called restaurant directly Thursday to reserve for wife and I for Saturday at 7pm. This was a special occasion and requested appropriate table. Called them to confirm again Saturday morning. No problem. Got there at 7 Saturday - no reservation and hostess seated us next to kitchen. They were too busy to be bothered, it seemed. Left number with them next day for manager to call me. No call back. Will not go back.

I love Mediterranean food. LOVE. Plus, tapas are awesome. So this was like a giant ball of awesome. I have actually been twice, once with a large group and another time with a friend. Both times the food was wonderful. Some of my favorites are the usual fare of hummus, grape leaves, spinach pie. But don't pass on the Shark fritters, or the zucchini fritters, or even the grilled sardines. The service has always been top notch and are happy to recommend something to you if the menu feels a little overwhelming. Since they're tapas, you can sample quite a bit. Parking in Fells Point, well, nothing the restaurant can do about that, but it is something to consider if you go.

First time eating here, experience was bad. First let me start out by saying that the hostess was really nice, got us in and to a table quick and with a smile. Our waitress on the other hand was really unpleasant. I ordered a bottle of wine and it was warm, turns out that they keep all their bottles under the bar at a nice 80-85 degrees. As everyone knows wine gets cooked at that temp over a long period of time. When I tried to get another bottle she said quickly we don't have that without even looking at what I was pointing. Let me move on to the food. It was restaurant week and the variety was good but the quality was average. Some of the food was acceptable but a lot of it was sub par either too salty or lacking flavor. The deserts were horrible. A store bought chocolate cake and the worst baklava ever! It was pure sugar and no flavor, INSTANT diabetes. Overall I would not recommend this place if you are a foodie really lacking in flavor and the fact that they do not take care of their wine suggest they do not take care in preparing their food as well and its shows. Great ambiance but that is about the only thing that is above average in this place.

Walking around Fells Point one day looking for a restaurant and decided to try this place. The elderly host asked if we had a reservation; we didn't. He scoffed, shook his head, and wordlessly walked away. We were about to leave when a friendlier waiter came down to offer us a table upstairs, 'the last one they had.' We went up and found a cramped room and a table we couldn't even get into because it was too close to other diners. We asked if we could have one of the three tables outside on the sidewalk that weren't in use. The waiter left to confer with someone, then came back and said yes, they actually had two tables to spare. We finally sat down and looked at the menu only to see the host from earlier, now in front of the door and silently but intently glaring at us, at which point we dropped our menus on the table and left. If you have no space for people without reservations, fine, but tell them that. There was a second couple there at the same time standing around on the ground floor lost because no one at the front knew what was going on.

Good lord. Had possibly the worst service here. HOWEVER there hummus is phenomenal. Cool place to eat in Fells. Hopefully my waiter is fired by the time i return here again.

Pretty good food. It's definitely more on the pricey side for comparable restaurants -- but what can you expect from Fells Point? The wait time was a little crazy especially since we had reservations, but it's probably the most legit Mediterranean food I've had in Baltimore and the servers were nice.
