Introduction
Find out about me from my Wikipedia Linked in and Facebook Pages..

I am a Confrontation Analyst / Operational Analyst with skills in: negotiation strategy, wargaming, data gathering and analysis, quick-look modelling techniques, and political and historical analysis. I specialise in the fields of confrontation analysis, military analysis and energy & power. I have led many operational analysis projects for the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL) the Ministry of Defence (MoD), and internally for BAE Systems.

In recent years I have pioneered the use of role playing symposia throughout BAE Systems to investigate tricky negotiations using Confrontation Analysis, and ran 19 projects for BAE Systems using this method.

Since leaving BAE Systems I have worked as an independent consultant using Confrontation Analysis on a variety of different projects, from helping individuals, to working with government departments such as Cranfield university and DSTL (see www.decisionworkshops.com)

I am also a keen wargame developer and through this have developed a knowledge of modern military tactics and modelling techniques. My work on energy and power has contributed to the London Accord initiative by the development of a political role play looking at international cooperation on tackling the effects of global warming.

I love presenting and I am a keen public speaker and am an officer of the Berkley Square branch of Toastmasters International where I coach and evaluate members in leadership, public speaking and presentation skills.

THEY CAN BE TRUSTED WITH THE LITTLE THINGS. I went to Grays with a small problem (sidelight bulb not working). I arrived without an appointment a quarter of an hour before they officially opened. Despite this they were able to fit me in that morning, and did the job about an hour. It is at times like this that customers are a bit at the mercy of the car dealers. You have no idea what they will charge or how long they will take and feel obliged to pay whatever bill they present you with. In other words it is their choice to either show great customer service or to rip you off. Fortunately with Grays the bill was only £2 for the bulb and £10 for the labour + VAT, so they chose the former.

Brilliant, excellent, can't thank them enough !.. We had an emergency and they delivered promptly, above and beyond the call of duty. We are so grateful, my son would have missed a flight to China if the taxi firm had not gone out of its way to be additionally helpful.

Intrigued by the other two (somewhat old) reviews. I decided to take my life in my hands and make a complex order to see how efficient this Pizzeria really was. So I ordered two standard pizzas and one “Make your own” pizza with as weird a combination as I could manage in an attempt to see if I could catch them out. They phoned up and let me know that they were missing one ingredient (anchovies) and offered a substitute, but otherwise the order was perfect. I ordered the Pizzas for 19:30 and they arrived 19:33 delivered by a very pleasant and cheerful White delivery man. So no problems from me.
