Desk service knew english, was polite and helpful.
Free Wifi with good signal, not amazing speed.

Bare bones hotel at appropriate price even during new years eve. I don't know if I just got lucky but my room / closet was huge with private bathroom... when I rented it stated shared.

I do not trust the other Chinese food places around Washington Heights; every time I've got food from here it has always been delicious, reasonably priced, and given to me with excellent service.
For the price I simply cant beat it when I'm tired of sandwiches and ramen.
