My husband bought me a spa package to this place and I called and made an appointment a couple of months ago for September 5. After unsuccessfully trying to reach the salon to confirm my appointment that week, I called Living Social and they informed me that the salon had been shut down for a few weeks due to flooding. In my opinion, it is extremely unprofessional not to inform clients who have already made appointments of the possible cancellation of their appointment. I live 40 minutes away and am unable to drive out there to see when the salon is going to be open. I had an appointment on Saturday, September 5 at 9am and no one had the courtesy to let me know that it was cancelled. We called Living Social and requested a refund for this voucher.I am extremely unimpressed by the lack of communication and information provided by the salon. All it takes is a simple email, an update on your website or even a voicemail message that indicates the salon is closed and the expected opening date.

Do not waste your time or money here, you will regret it! When I walked into the salon, the owner himself was on the phone. He didn’t even acknowledge me, so I signed in and sat down. After he hung up the phone, a few minutes later he looked at me and grumbled. I didn’t know he was attempting to utter words to me. He stood up and grunted louder. So I looked at him and he asked me my name. I thought, why don’t you look at the sign in sheet? I gave him my name and he handed me a clipboard with papers to complete. Not even a hello, I am the owner, how nice that you are here, Welcome! I completed the paperwork and handed it back to him. Not even a thank you or someone will be right with you. I sat back down and about 15 minutes after my appt time, a girl comes over to me and said she will be doing my manicure. No personality whatsoever. She did not engage in any conversation either. I had been to cosmetology school, so I was trained on what procedures are needed for a manicure, facial, etc. She was totally inexperienced. Had to ask me if I wanted my broken nail cut or not or if I wanted any other nails cuts – one would think you would want them all to look the same. She kept complaining that she only had 30 minutes to do nails and we were late. I asked if I could please have the French manicure and she said no. I said that was fine. She didn’t trim my cuticles, she didn’t do any hand massage at all and was completely unprofessional. With my wet nails, we walk to the pedicure chair after I had to ask if that is where we were going next. The special comes with a complimentary beverage. I had to ask for that. It was an issue that I wanted champagne and not a mimosa. Then I have to squeeze my way into a non-working massage chair and take off my shoes and socks with wet nails, which obviously ruined my nails. The tech didn’t even ask if she could repair my nails! So I sat there in the “dead” chair as she called it, no apology, with ruined nails getting a bad pedicure. Again, the tech did not know how to give a pedicure, while the tech working next to her was doing everything right. The customer in the other tech’s working massage chair asked for a French pedicure and received it, while I was told I had to pay for it. Again, did not follow procedure and did not do a massage or remove my callouses or rough heels. Even the massage therapist remarked that my feet could have used a pumice stone. Leslie gave a fantastic facial, but her treatment room is so small that when you lay on the table, your feet literally touch the wall! She had to put a pillow under my knees so they would bend, but they still hit the wall and I am only 5’5”! When checking out, I told the owner’s son that I had a miserable experience and instead of offering to make it better, he said “Sorry about that” and that was it. I will never go back and urge you to save your money!

i took my son to the their new salon in lake buena vista for a hair cut i waited 6 month until his hair grew long so he can get that paul walker curly hair style. i even show the lady a picture on my smart phone of the hair style i want for my son and told her to not cut it short just trim a little bit and make it even. but she just cut it short like i was speaking Chinese. my son's hair is between wavy and curly and short hair does not look good on him at all. that was my first time there and will be the last i will never go back there. seriously???!!! now i have to wait another 6 month to grow his hair long again.what kills me i paid them and left without saying a word i somehow thought it was my fault i went there in first place.

The massage tech needs to read the sign on the door that says something about a tranquil experience. She talked the whole time and while I would enjoy a conversation - not when I am getting a massage! The woman that gave the facial was good at doing it- she also talked too much. MORE importantly the room was a converted closet with extension cords hanging over the door way over to the sink. The linen and towel used on me were so dingy and grey I actually smelled them to make sure they were fresh. While they didn't smell clean at least there was no real odor. I just had my pedi done and so my toes were still tacky. I had to angle my feet up against the wall and consequently messed up my toes. There was nothing comforting or relaxing about that experience, I will give credit to the nail tech Monique. A really sweet woman that was fun to chat with and knew how to give a mani/pedi. She was a pro at what she did. Only problem with that was the salon had limited colors for gel/shellac manis. Not her fault. If you are going to call yourself a spa - be one. If you are going to be a tourist in and out place advertise accordingly. I thought the place would be like the original Christoper Anthony that was located by the Mall at Millenia. Not in my wildest dreams would I have expected what I encountered

I agree with the previously stated. This is not a spa, and I'm not sure why they market it as such. It is just an over priced salon. My face broke out after my facial, the eyebrow wax job was botched, pedi mani was horrible, and the massage left me with a stiff neck. Don't go here. Not for the "spa" at least.

Hello, My experience with this spa was HORRIBLE. This is a bottom of the barrel place that needs Groupons to stay in business. First, my massage therapist was a scrawny fellow who did not seem properly trained, and I have to wonder if he was even licensed. It was not even a proper massage, but more like being touched lightly. When I asked him to use more pressure (far fom "deep tissue"), he increased his pressure slightly which still was more like caressing than massage. He also talked relentless at me during the massage even though I did not respond to him. Then I had my facial, given from a woman who suffered from shaking and some kind of palsy from a brain fever she had as a child. I feel bad for her as she was nice enough, but this is the wrong job for her where manual dexterity and finesse is required. She clumsily smeared my face and was shaking the entire time. It was anything but enjoyable. At one point I asked her to stop to see if she was alright and this was when she told me about her condition. Was was also coughing loudly and seemed to be ill. The whole experience was like some kind of joke and I kept expecting to find that I was on a hidden camera show. I emailed them asking for help with these issues, and the email was completely ignored. Pathetic customer service.

A friend and I purchased a Groupon for a full spa day - facial, massage, pedi, and mani - at the I-Drive location. First of all, let me say that the massage was AMAZING! Paul was completely professional and knew what he was doing. I would definitely go back for the massage. As for the rest of the day, let's just say I was underwhelmed. They forgot about my facial...yes, completely forgot. I went with a friend. I had my massage, while she was getting her facial, and then we were supposed to switch. Well, she got called back for her massage, while I sat there for 50 minutes. I asked twice how much longer the wait would be, and was told each time that "she is coming". I finally asked a third time, and a minute later my friend came walking out of her massage room. Paul, the massage therapist, saw me still sitting there and apologized profusely. He gave me a voucher for 2 free facials in the future, but since I live 3 hours away, I don't see me using them. Next, we were off to get mani's and pedi's. I made the appointment for both my friend and I, so they knew we were coming together. However, for our pedi's, they put us on opposite sides of the room. It was very awkward to try and have a conversation with her without having to shout and disturb the other patrons. The nail technician was very polite, but the pedicure left a lot to be desired. Besides their extremely limited selection of colors, it took a total of 15 minutes. I went back and checked later, thinking at the time that maybe I didn't read the fine print, and it was supposed to be an express pedi. No, it was supposed to be a full pedicure with callous removal. However, it consisted of a quick soak, wrapping a plastic bag around my feet for about 60 seconds each, and then a quick polish. Nails were next. Again, very quick, and leaving a lot to be desired. I realize that all of this was purchased with a discount through Groupon, but I don't feel like I got services equal to what I paid. I certainly would not go back and pay full price for any of these services. Okay, maybe the massage, but considering how many other places in the area offer quality massages as well as all of the other services at a better quality, I would definitely choose another business.
