Hi everyone,

I was once a strength athlete. All of that was taken away by Avascular Necrosis. In five years, I'd gone from a muscular 300 pound athlete to a 385 pound man with atrophied muscles and lots of fat. After shoulder and bilateral hip replacements, I am ready to return to who I once was or even better. Watch as I battle the pseudo-me through my labors while I rip the shackles free and tear down old walls.
